🔥 NUMBER ONE CAMERAMAN COULDN’T KEEP UP! 😂🔥

Number One Cameraman made his way down to the Eddie Hart Grounds, where he caught Darius Harding, one of Trinidad & Tobago’s top runners, putting in some serious work! 🇹🇹🏃🏾‍♂️💨

Darius was in the middle of his 800m reps, moving at around 3:50 per mile pace! 😳🔥

Of course, the cameraman tried to jump in and capture some of the action… but this time, the pace was too hot! 😂 He couldn’t keep up! Still, he managed to grab a short clip before Darius disappeared up the road. 🎥💨

Take it in! 👀🔥

Big congratulations to Darius Harding for continuing to put in the work. Keep supporting and motivating our local athletes as they push to carry the Red, White & Black 🇹🇹 onto the worldwide stage!

Keep grinding, Darius. Trinidad & Tobago is behind you! 🇹🇹🔥

🎥🏃‍♂️ NUMBER ONE CAMERAMAN ❤️ FITZGERALD JEFFREY 5K

This morning, Number One Cameraman went down into the deep South, back home where he grew up, to take part in the Fitzgerald Jeffrey 5K.

With roughly 200 runners on the start line, it was a great turnout and an even better battle up front! 🔥

Number One Cameraman captured an exciting showdown between @alexthechampion2019 , Darius Harding and Donnell Francis. These three were going stride for stride, pong for pong, with nobody wanting to give an inch!

Coming down to the decisive stage, Alex Ekesa made one final surge and came out victorious! 🥇🔥 Darius Harding fought strong to secure 2nd place 🥈, while Donnell Francis battled all the way to finish 3rd 🥉.

Big respect to all three athletes for putting on a great show! 👏🏾

Number One Cameraman also wants to thank everyone who came out and supported the Fitzgerald Jeffrey 5K. Great vibes, great competition and a beautiful morning of running down South! 🇹🇹🔥

4:00 pm races...Gotta luv em 🥴😫🤪
But someone's gotta run them! Lol

Cashing in on all the blessings God is sending down to us.

Sometimes it looks like waking up, strength to keep going, and healing.
Other times, it looks like peace of mind, joy and support.

Today, it was a scholarship.
An opportunity well deserved.
A life-changing moment.
A "full ride" as we like to call it. 🙂

Thank you God, for blessing our little sister Aniqah. Go get 'em!!

Over the weekend, the Trinidad and Tobago Regiment hosted its first-ever annual 5K, and what a race it turned out to be.

No. 1 Cameraman was there to capture one of the biggest battles of the morning as three of Trinidad and Tobago's top female athletes Aniqah Bailey, Alexia John, and Nyla Kerr went head-to-head from the start. It was move after move, with each athlete testing the others and refusing to give an inch.

With about 2K to go, Aniqah made a big move that finally broke the race open. She pulled away from both Alexia and Nyla and never looked back, going on to claim a well-deserved victory.

Alexia wasn't done fighting, though. She surged again in an attempt to reel Nyla back in, but Nyla showed her strength and speed, responded brilliantly, and held on to secure second place, with Alexia finishing third.

On behalf of Pace Link Run Club, we'd like to congratulate all three ladies on an exciting race and thank the Trinidad and Tobago Regiment for putting together a well-organized event. We look forward to seeing it grow even bigger next year.

Well... Trinidad and Tobago's Number One Cameraman finally met his match this morning at the Church of the Nazarene 5K! 😅

While busy doing what he does best recording the action and capturing the top runners a certain @don_francis2 had other plans. As the race heated up, Donnell unleashed a powerful late surge, absolutely destroying, obliterating, and leaving the cameraman in the dust! 😂🏃‍♂️💨

All jokes aside, this is what road racing is all about—good competition, great sportsmanship, and plenty of laughs along the way. Congratulations to @don_francis2 on taking the win, and shoutout to the Number One Cameraman for giving us another entertaining race-day moment.

Have a laugh and enjoy the clip! 🎥🏆

After a full 3 days of competition, here's what a few of our athletes had on their hearts.

First there were seven, then four, then two, then one.

After 12.5 laps, a winner emerged in the form of one Nicholas Romany, 3-time National Road Runner of the Year, in a time of 14:50 [NACAC] 💫💫

Our other two finishers were Tafari Waldron in second place, in a time of 14:59 [NACAC], and Donnell Francis in 4th, with 15:46 on the clock.💫💫

If it's one thing, with our eyes closed, these boys always deliver. No questions.

CONGRATULATIONS, team E². 🫡
Coach, you did well. Not a bad season at all. 🫡
