Last week, we celebrated the second inauguration of the Australian Mo Awards. A huge congratulations to our incredible winners and nominees, who have shown the power of doing good - and having a good time while doing it. That’s what we’re all about.

The impact made lasts year-round, and one epic night gave us the opportunity to recognise just how much this community does to support men’s health.

Thank you to our amazing partners for providing generous prizes for each award!

Last week I had the great pleasure of attending a @movember.au Immersion in my 9th year as an ambassador. Huge thanks to the Movember team for making us feel so special.

I got to connect with mates from all over the country who share my passion in changing the face of men’s health. Including friends like @shaidanielle who takes fun pictures.

We learned about the truly amazing things Movember has been funding, insights into the fatherhood experience, tackling the manosphere, mental health in junior sports, as well as learning how to support our communities.

I was also honoured to be inducted into the Movember Hall of Fame for my fundraising contributions, as well as gaining a nomination for Inspirational Motivator at their annual awards. Even though I didn’t get the win, it was a really special moment and something I’m so proud to achieve.

15 years of Mo Bro-ing isn’t done alone, my communities give me a voice and a platform to do what I love, which is helping others.

What an absolutely incredible few days at the @movember.au immersion and awards. I have been lucky enough to in this time, forge some very special friendships with people that are so different yet so similar, in the sense that we all have very different stories and motivations, but the same hunger for the same thing. That thing being the Movember movement, and all the incredible ways we can help people that comes with said movement.

@dirtynflirty and @neevhickey , you two are incredible and i think I speak for all of us when i say the immersion would not have been so comfortable, moving and quite frankly unforgettable without you two. So thankyou.

Lastly to my two best mates, @cxmpbelljxhnston and @brayden_rawlins0102 , im so grateful to be on this journey with you two. Our friendships really only started just before the 2024 Mo season, and since then it has become difficult to envisage life without yous. So thankyou x

Here’s to a spectacular, heartwarming, lifesaving and above all else, HAIRY 2026 Movember season, i cannot wait.

The 2026 @movember awards. Unfortunately didn’t take it out in the Mow your own way category BUT met some absolute legends few beers and if anything…. it fires me up that little bit more to rip into it this year.

I left the night inspired by so many like minded individuals that are channeling their pain and grief into doing great work for an amazing charity that’s actually making a different for men’s health.

Movember Ambassador Immersion & Mo Awards 2026 ✌️

Mantra this year for my campaign: listen to be heard.

Unreal few days. It’s crazy what happens when you talk about the heavy things, how much weight gets lifted just by saying it out loud.

Familiar faces, new ones, and a room full of people telling the truth. I’ve come away with a whole new understanding of men’s health and what it actually takes to shift it.

Got to capture some legends receiving Mo Awards and Hall of Famers! 🫡 these people have inspired me so much in the last two days, and it has been a pleasure learning about some of their journeys and the work these guys have put it to put their body on the line, fundraising, hosting, and starting a hard conversation with other men 🫶🏼

Also, met some of the MO SISTERS, who were so open and sharing their perspectives and it really got me thinking about how I can involve more women in this community 🙏🏻

I wish I had taken more picture with everyone at the Awards nights but I was very keen on the side quest I had taken up last night ⚽️

I can’t wait to share and pass this on to my community 🫶🏼
