Huge thank you to Harry at Homegym_Harry for putting Curltember on for the home gym community, and for Nick at Nick.Bardsley for being a sponsor for this giveaway. I am honored to now own a pair of these Xtreme gripps and the Sceptre red is amazing, and will put out a review shortly. Thank you both I love the grips. They are a much needed addition to my gym.

💪 CURLTEMBER IS MAKING SURE THE ONLY REASON YOU STOP A SET IS BECAUSE YOUR BICEPS GIVE OUT — NOT YOUR GRIP!!

🧪 LIFT LAB REVIEWS has become one of my favorite home gym channels to follow, and Nick is also just a genuinely super nice dude.

Nick is a personal trainer and gym owner who started Lift Lab Reviews after years of testing equipment in his own gym and realizing how much questionable advice was out there. What I really like about his content is that he doesn’t just unbox something and call it a review — he actually trains with the equipment and puts his clients through workouts on it before giving his opinion.

He covers everything from racks and benches to machines, attachments and some of the weird home gym stuff people like us definitely don’t NEED…but buy anyway. 😂 I always enjoy seeing his perspective and watching the channel continue to grow!

And Nick came through with an AWESOME Curltember prize…

🎁 @nick.bardsley is giving away a pair of VERSA GRIPPS XTREME!

Because everyone knows pull-ups are basically just really complicated biceps curls.

Throw on the Versa Gripps, lock yourself onto that bar and make sure your grip doesn’t give out before those biceps do!

Jake, you and your team knocked it out of a park this year with @homegymcon. Big congratulations!

We only wish there was more time to get around and see more gear and meet more of these awesome companies!

But meeting so many folks we've met online in person was really great.

The whole event was a huge inspiration and Mike and I can't wait for next year!
