WHAT. A. DAY. 🔥

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate our 4th birthday with us on Saturday!

What a way to celebrate four incredible years of ONYX, surrounded by the people who make this place what it is. The energy, the laughs, the good times, we’re still buzzing!

To our incredible community: thank you for showing up, supporting us and making ONYX so much more than just a gym. We wouldn’t be here without you.

And a massive shoutout to all of our amazing partners who helped make the day what it was, we couldn’t have done it without you! 👏

4 years down. We’re only just getting started. 💚

Thank you for being part of it. Here’s to what’s next! 🫶

“Because I’m more dense”

I’m a fan of doing the cardio and eating the donut.
Nick prefers to eat less.

What would you choose? 💪

What happens when you finally realise YOU are the reason your life isn’t changing?

Episode 19 of The Jacked Philosopher featuring @ryanbennettcoaching drops tonight.

This is a conversation about hitting rock bottom and making the decision to stop living as a victim of your circumstances.

Ryan opens up about drug addiction, anxiety, depression, a psychotic breakdown and the moment he realised it was time to take responsibility and rebuild his life.

We get into discipline, masculinity, limiting beliefs, instant gratification, the people you surround yourself with and why changing your body can be the first proof that you’re capable of changing your entire life.

Because if you change what you believe, you change how you act.

And when you change how you act, you change your outcome.

No one is coming to save you.

But that might be the most empowering thing you ever realise.

🎙️ Episode 19 of The Jacked Philosopher podcast featuring Ryan Bennett drops tonight 7pm on YouTube and Spotify!

What’s driving you out of bed every morning?

Most people spend their lives chasing temporary highs.

But real fulfilment comes from something much deeper.

In Episode 18 of The Jacked Philosopher, we sit down with @jayfit.pro to unpack why purpose, not motivation, is the real fuel behind a meaningful life.

From his experiences as a paramedic and photographer to his passion for helping others transform, Jay shares why serving people, creating impact, and taking action has become his mission.

This conversation dives into:

⚡ Why purpose creates lasting drive
🚑 Lessons from life as a paramedic
📸 Finding fulfilment through serving others
🧠 Building an identity rooted in purpose
🔥 Why talking isn’t enough, you have to act
📈 Playing the long game in life and success

If you’ve been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or unsure where you’re heading, this episode might be exactly what you need.

🎙️ Episode 18 featuring @jayfit.pro premieres tonight at 7PM (AEST) on The Jacked Philosopher YouTube and Spotify

Because at the end of the day

Life isn’t about chasing the next high. It’s about building a life worth waking up for.
