THREE DISCIPLINES. THREE EVENTS. ONE LEAGUE 📈

Yesterday’s Endurance event @fitboxbuckshaw marked another huge milestone in our 2026 pre-launch season!

The feedback across all three disciplines has been incredible, and what started as an idea is quickly becoming something much bigger.

A massive thank you to everyone who’s backed the concept, competed, hosted and helped bring the @hybridfitnessleague to life.

A special mention to @nickfitbox at Fitbox, who’s had a huge amount going on with the facility move but still made sure yesterday’s event was delivered! 👏

This is what HFL is all about.

Independent gym owners coming together, bringing their communities with them and giving everyday athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves, compete and measure their progress.

Local competitions. Accessible pricing. No travelling across the country or paying for overnight stays just to compete.

And we’re only getting started.

2027 will see us expand into Manchester and Merseyside & Cheshire, with some of the region’s leading independent gyms joining us as hosts.

NEXT UP: 7TH NOVEMBER 👀

We’ve got a big HFL showcase planned, alongside an opportunity for athletes who missed a fixture to complete their competition.

It’s another chance to experience what the league is all about ahead of an even bigger 2027.

If you’re ready to test yourself across STRENGTH, METCON and ENDURANCE, keep your eyes peeled.

2026 was just the beginning.

TRAIN. COMPETE. REPEAT. 📈

He’s also continuing to develop his skills, with a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification on the horizon.

We’re delighted to have Ben joining the team and look forward to seeing the impact he’ll make! 💪

251m² of gym flooring. Installed in one day. 👊

Speed is important, but never at the expense of the finish.

Every tile, every cut, every edge — professionally installed with the same attention to detail from the first square metre to the last.

Details matter.

We’re obsessed with getting the job right, because we believe obsession beats talent when talent isn’t obsessed.

Another one down. Onto the next. 🔨
