POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We have said it before and we will say it again this year - we truly believe that the foundation of our ministry at 4:12 Sports Ministries is Christ, and the backbone is our people.

We had an awesome summer and we can't wait to share more details with you soon, but first, we need to honor our staff who worked tirelessly this summer for 10 weeks to share the Gospel message, traveling (literally) thousands of miles and investing over 1,000 hours in the lives of over 400 youth this summer.

The Lord built an amazing team again this year and we want to celebrate and honor the hard work and dedication of our team.

Thank you coaches, sponsors and community partners! We saw God move countless times this summer in and through your work. We are so grateful for you and your faithfulness. This is SO much bigger than sports!

This first season of coaching baseball has been so much more than coaching a game, it’s been a reminder of how faithful God is.

When this opportunity came, I had no idea how much it would change me. I thought I was stepping in to teach the game, but God used this summer to teach me about patience, humility, leadership, and what it truly means to serve others. Every practice, every game, every conversation was another opportunity to point these kids toward something bigger than the game of baseball.

My prayer has always been that they remember who they are more than the wins and losses. I pray that they know I believed in every single one of my guys, I had confidence in their abilities, and that they are loved by myself but more importantly by God. If I was able to make even the smallest impact on just one player’s life, then this summer was worth every second.

I’m beyond grateful and appreciative to the families who trusted me, to these kids to listen and respect me, and most of all for God for opening this door.

I look forward to see what God has planned for me in this journey of coaching the game I love.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

Thank you, New Castle! We loved hanging out with you this week at the legendary Flaherty Field. In spite of the heat, the athletes showed up ready to learn and to work each day which made it so much fun for us. This was our very first camp in New Castle and it did not disappoint. What a joy it was to partner with our friend @roccobernadina to run a baseball camp in his hometown of New Castle!! We will definitely be back!!

Special shout-out to our friend @air_rick13 and @the_3b_barons for all you did to help make this event happen. We are grateful for you and can't wait to partner together soon.

What a June it has been for us! Thank you, Jesus for Your blessings, favor and protection as we traveled hundreds of miles to four different counties to share the love of Jesus.
