POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🇨🇦 CANADIAN NATIONALS🇨🇦

This journey was never about taking the easy road. It was about finding out just how far I could push myself when everything in me wanted to quit.

The early mornings. The late nights. The meals when I wasn’t hungry. The workouts when I had nothing left. The sacrifices nobody saw and the battles nobody knew I was fighting.

Bodybuilding is more than building a physique. It’s building a mindset. It’s learning to keep promises to yourself when nobody is watching. It’s choosing discipline over comfort, purpose over excuses, and progress over temporary pleasure.

There were days when the goal felt a million miles away. Days when the mirror tested my patience and the grind tested my character. But greatness isn’t built on the days when everything goes right. It’s built in the moments when you have every reason to quit, but you show up anyway.

Canadian Nationals was another chapter in the journey, not the end of the story.

I’m chasing more than a trophy. I’m chasing a standard. A level of excellence that demands everything from me. A physique built through years of sacrifice, relentless consistency, and an unshakable belief in what I’m capable of becoming.

No shortcuts. No handouts. No excuses.

Just faith, discipline, hard work, and a willingness to go where most people aren’t prepared to go.

The work isn’t finished The hunger isn’t gone. And the mission remains the same.

BUILT THROUGH SACRIFICE DRIVEN BY PURPOSE HUNGRY FOR GREATNESS.

This is only the beginning. 🏆

Hey - I know you're going through a lot right now. I am too.

BUT - the world is a MUCH better place with YOU in it... and these tough times are what forge us through God's hands into the strong people we're meant to be.

Every sunrise, cloudy masterpiece and moonlit starry night is a reminder of HIS grace and that plans are already in place FAR greater than we can understand... and I promise I have to TRY to see that light myself all the time. We're all part of something SO MUCH BIGGER than any individual can comprehend.

Reach out if you need me. Im here. I GENUINELY love you.

Yet another @vancityshowdown has come to an end and I just wanna send a huge congratulations to all of the athletes regardless of how you placed! Remember that you are among the infinitely small percentage of people that ever even DARE to go through the struggle of dieting, training and arranging your life to step on stage. You are truly all incredibly inspiring!

I also wanna say thank you for letting me be a part of your journey and helping out backstage. The team was amazing as always, and it's truly an honour to be able to work with each and every one of you.

Until 2027 my friends. Can't wait to do it all over again.

One thing I love about this work is that every person who sits in my chair trusts me with a piece of how they show up in the world.

A fresh cut and a fresh set of braids might seem simple, but there’s intention behind every part, every section, and every braid. My goal is always the same: to create something that feels like you when you walk out the door.

I love the transformation, but I also love the process. Taking my time, paying attention to the details, and watching a style come together from start to finish never gets old.

This one was a good reminder that sometimes it’s the combination of a few skilled hands, a shared vision, and a little creativity that creates something worth turning your head for.

What do you think of the final result? 👇

Thank you for all the support and love; friends, families, stranger coaches. Thank you for making me grow, and I want to make this post for memories. Want to say thank you to @nicksphysique89 for the board shorts. He helped me even though he barely no me and thank you, my brother. I appreciate all the athletes I met, coaches and vendors organizers. Thank you wouldn’t be possible without you guys. Huge shout out to my girlfriend for being my number 1 fan, always reminding me to smile and give my all. I love you ❤️ and to my coach @sportis247 . A huge shout-out to you waking up in a different time zone. Learned a lot from this first comp in Canada. Huge shout out to all competitors who showed up and actually pulled through.
