When price is no longer the deciding factor, what is? 👀

Think about it. Luxury buyers have options. Beautiful homes, exceptional finishes, incredible locations.

So what actually influences their decisions?

It's not always what a property offers. It's how it makes someone feel.

Trust. Connection. Exclusivity. The experience before, during, and long after the transaction.

At The Luxury Summit, we're exploring the psychology behind luxury and the perspectives that shape how we communicate, build relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences.

Because understanding luxury isn't just about knowing what your clients can afford.

It's about understanding what they value.

✨ Different perspectives. Bigger conversations. A higher standard of what's possible.

I’ve been to enough conferences where I walked away thinking, “But how does any of this apply to the market we’re actually working in?” 👀

That’s one of the reasons I created The Luxury Summit.

I wanted something different. Conversations that are relevant to our market, perspectives that challenge how we think, and access to people we don’t typically get in the same room.

We’re flying in an expert from NYC who works on luxury renovations, bringing in the CEO of NVAR, and welcoming real estate professionals from five different states.

And we’re kicking things off the night before with an intimate dinner at Michelin-starred Masseria. ✨

This isn’t another conference with the same conversations. It’s an experience I’ve intentionally curated, and I cannot wait to share it with you.

Six conversations. Six perspectives. One room. ✨

What’s next for luxury in the DMV? What goes into creating an extraordinary property? How do the right relationships, language, and partnerships shape the way we do business?

And what can Michelin-star hospitality teach us about delivering an exceptional experience?

At The Luxury Summit, we’re bringing together the people who understand these questions from very different perspectives.

Real estate. Development. Architecture. Hospitality. Business. Leadership.

Not another conversation about selling luxury. A deeper look at everything behind it.

And wait until you see who’s joining us in the room. 👀

We’re Back!

“There’s something special about coming home after a break. The team is recharged, inspired, and ready to get back in the kitchen.

It reminds me of coming home to your own bed after staying at a great hotel. As nice as the hotel may be, there’s simply a comfort in being home that can’t be replicated.” Chef Nicholas Stefanelli

And now, we’re home. We hope everyone had a great summer and look for to seeing you all soon! Reservations are open for September!

80,000 guests. Thousands of plates. Not a bland bite in sight.

At @mubadaladcopen, feeding a crowd this size is about more than keeping up. It’s about making sure the food is every bit as thoughtful and delicious as what we’d serve at a table for ten.
