Some takeaways from last night:
✨your thoughts and feelings affect your body, your body affects your thoughts and feelings- it’s all connected
✨You aren’t too much,
✨You are worthy of “being high maintenance” or “difficult” and unraveling your pattern of not wanting to be “too much”
✨schedule your well being the way you schedule your kids and your hair and nails
✨wanting to feel and look beautiful isn’t vain, but be aware of whose standards you measure by
✨you’re never too old it’s never too late
✨ sharing our stories in community helps us feel seen and understood and less shame
✨showing up for yourself builds a self resourced confidence, you will need less external validation

Pelvic Stability is Imperative in the Side Lying Leg Spring 🔥

🔥 The bottom arm and supporting leg press against the Foot Stopper Boards and/or a firm Foam Roller placed across the upright poles of the Cadillac

💯 Pressing oppositionally against those 2 supports is a Game Changer: the Leg Spring Leg can really work More precisely now, since the stable base of support enables enhanced pelvic stability & hip joint mobility 😉
