VO₂ Max Test Results 🚀

50.1 mL/kg/min which puts me in the top % for my age + gender 🔥

Max heart rate hit 185 bpm and running speed hit 16 km/h (3:45 per km 🏃‍♀️💨)

This test didn’t just give me numbers, it showed me exactly where my thresholds are so I can train smarter, recover better, and push the engine without burning it out 🏋️‍♀️

By knowing my VO₂ max and ventilatory thresholds, I can now target the right intensities in training — whether that’s building endurance or hitting top-end power

Huge thank you to @stonefitnessldn and @nicoach_uk for running the test and breaking it all down so clearly 🙌

Excited to put the science into practice and see where it takes me! 🚴‍♀️🔥

Dumbbell tower! 💪

Bored of just hanging to build grip strength?

Why not try building a dumbbell tower…

Hopefully with a bit more accuracy than demonstrated here 🫣
