Last night I celebrated my 34th birthday with my friends 😍🎉🌈

I found this gorgeous restaurant I’ve never been to called Brasserie of Light. It has a sparkly unicorn coming out of it’s wall looking truly sensational 🦄✨

I brought sunglasses for us to wear to make it fun 😎 I loved the space and the food. It was soo nice to see my friends together 🥂

After food, as cringe as it felt to ask it, I asked my friends to share what they appreciate about me.

And how generously they shared that from their hearts 🥹

From being authentic to depth of presence, opening doors for people, showing what’s possible, loyalty and telling the truth.

It was exactly who I am and how I want to come across. I felt sooo seen, known, loved and cherished 💛

I received all of it with a love shower after. It literally felt like an energetic hug 🙏🏼

My friends are like my family.

I felt geniunely proud of the richness of the friendships I created. How authentic, loving, supportive, deep and fun they are. How I’m surrounded by incredible people, all unique and amazing in their own way. ✨

I remembered this saying - you’re lucky if you can count your true friends on one hand. I can count them in a few hands ❤️

My actual birthday is on the 20th October. I’m at the gate atm on my way to Koh Phangan for a 5-day movement immersion.

I literally woke up with 3 hour sleep with joy. This was my birthday gift to myself 🔥

Highly recommend this celebration with loved ones + travel combo for a birthday 😄🎉

I nearly didn’t do the dinner and this trip. It’s so easy to not plan the things. But it’s so worth it in the end! 💫

Thank you to everyone who was there last night, who couldn’t make it, and you who are here ❤️ Love you!

Birthday celebrations are a must!! 🌟

It’s today!!!!

Few tickets left! Come alone of with friends.
Bring your children and their friends.

It is going to be a beautiful journey.

The cacao is from our dear @cacaosol.uk which I cooked with much love, gratitude and trust.

An essence of Myrrh and the Christ Consciousness and The Ascended Masters associated with as well as the essence of the frankincense with its quality to see clearly, a pure vision.

We are happy to have this gorgeous event happening which is another learning curve, expansion and growth in the subject of trusting the process, whilst keeping in vision and heart the vision and the purpose.

This is a transitional time where we release and transform, heal, accept the changes and what was and what is and rise.

Join us today to be in the nature, to get into the body, with Nicola’s experience and guidance. Join the Dance - to go in, to reflect and be truly present with what is, in the moment. Move with and move what is being moved.

Join us for the intentional cacao circle. We are to lit the fire to accommodate our event.

See you there. Tickets to the events in the bio 😌✨🌈❤️

Notting Hill Carnival's main parade in London was the last flying spot in the summer from Brazil, Belgium, Scotland, Germany and Italy.

Julia travelled with the balloons, and in encountering people in their own city, Julia developed a methodology to work the balloons as a third space to manifest people's relationships with power psychologically and sociologically.

Balloons started as one dimension, from a dream, and they became a reflection in action and experience to see and relate their own behaviours and beliefs taking shape through experimentation.

The dynamic can be done in private, small or big groups. It can have a performance, or a walkabout in the end, or just be contained in a room.

🎈🎈🎈Balloons dynamics experience is NOW open to public hire to team building, family dynamics, group integration, festivals, conferences, and spaces that it hasn't been yet🎈🎈🎈

The aim is to open a space to people be, in their essence and find their voice in relationship to another, to the surroundings, to the space.

As a practitioner and lover of somatic dance & movement practice, it's an artistic possibility to the whole body-mind-spirit bridge the inside human unity and desires to the outside possibilities and restrictions.

(It's not only about balloons flying on people's heads)

Ready for more adventures to come ! Let's fly with joy!

AND thank you to all the humans who took part in each city. Every encounter was unique, as they actually are, and they brought inputs upon the artistic engineering of making together and trusting the present with tools.

🌀FESTIVALS ARE A MICROCOSM OF LIFE 🌀

Last week, I was at @medicinefestival 🎉

It’s my favourite festival in the UK.

It was absolutely magical, joyful, connected, deep and powerful 🔥

I love festivals 🌈

They’re magical containers where you can just flow wherever you’re drawn to. Out of thousands of people you experience exactly what’s meant to happen. It’s never random.

Where you put your focus instantly is reflected back to you.

They’re a microcosm of life ✨

I saw friends I haven’t seen in years. It was so lovely to catch up. I met so many people. Made too many stupid jokes.

I laughed a lot. I cried a lot. I danced a lot. I ran into possibly all the Turkish people who were there 😅

I came across @amenti.world ’s work for the first time. It was powerful and transformational.

@gilthegrid the founder basically opens up a shamanic and energetic portal for the deep work to take place. I did their workshops every day. I feel that was the biggest reason I was there this year. I’ll be doing their immersions. It’s nothing like I ever experienced before 🔥

One morning I magically got up at 5:30am and walked around taking in the stillness of it all. Then I did the qi gong class at 7am. Never did this at a festival before.

I loved swimming in the lake naked ☀️

I had a gorgeous papaya fruit boat, it was one of the best things I ate there 🥝

I danced with my 5rhythms crew, @_glimpses.of.light_ played. It felt like we were back in the church we used to dance in like no time has passed ✨

I went to @dominik.schnell + @extraordinary.lovers workshops on intimacy, sensuality and connection. They were deeply nourishing and fun. Thank you for your incredible work 🙏🏼

Thank you @medicinefestival for creating such an amazing experience on a beautiful land that I love keep coming back to.

Thank you to everyone who made it so magical 🌀 Love you! 💛

I’ll be back in 2028. Come join 😍

Swipe to feel the vibe a little 🎉👯‍♀️✨
