I found it appropriate on this Thanksgiving day to introduce my next era. Why today?

Because I'm thankful to all those who've supported me.

Because I'm thankful for what the universe brings to me..

My oracle card this morning and not do I need this one. I had signed my first client who then backed out last night. It hurts to feel like I'm going nowhere with coaching... but I know I have to keep going. I guess it's time to keep persevering and moving forward ❤

Do you ever wake up in the morning and dread starting your day?

I know I did before I started coaching. There would be days where I'd be near tears because I didn't want to get up and go to a job that didn't inspire me. I was too scared though that I wouldn't be able to survive if I left that job.

Eventually it got to the point where I had to make a change. I knew I could do it, but I had to get in touch with all that negative self talk to figure out why I felt like I couldn't. I was finally able to make a change after a lot of self reflection.

This trip was more about 📚 than it was about the 🏝. ⁠⁠

I was in Mexico to gain my Master Certification in Neurolinguistic Programming. I also walked away with my second Life Coach certification as well as being certified as a Motivational Coach and an Emotional & Social Intelligence Coach. All tools that I am already customizing and using with my clients - women who are ready to grow their personal empowerment. ⁠⁠

And that's what it's all about. You.⁠⁠

So yes, it was an intense 15 days of learning. And I loved every minute of it! ⁠⁠

That's a wrap on training! I wanted to add a coaching qualification to repertoire that was globally recognised. Keep those possibilities wide open!

I couldn't be more happy with my decision to study under Nicole Schneider @globalnlptraining (The Society of NLP)... I knew I wanted to be trained by a woman, & once I saw she was the NLP coach for the US army I was pretty sure she was the woman I was looking for... But, truly, she blew all expectations out the water! I am beyond grateful, especially for the space you held for me on the last day 😭 I promise to keep speaking my truth ❤️

I draw an oracle cards every morning to help me see what I should look out for throughout my day. Today's card was very...enlightening (that was intentional). I've been dealing with a lot of fear recently and according to this card I will find enlightenment through my fears. Guess I'll keep fighting through that fear and moving forward.
