26 Peachtree Road Races. 🍑🌳🇺🇸

Every year is different.

Some years I chase a PR.
Some years I chase a goal.
This year…I chased moments.

I slowed down, embraced the party pace, stopped for selfies, cheered on friends, thanked volunteers, high-fived spectators, and soaked in the energy that makes the Peachtree Road Race unlike any other.

The miles will fade, but these memories, friendships, and smiles are what I’ll remember most.

Here’s to 26 years of celebrating July 4th the Atlanta way. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you @atlantatrackclub for another Great Day 🍑🌳🙌🏾

So many photos I love from the Publix Marathon, but these really capture what I love most about this sport, this community… and why I coach. 💚

Running is never just about the miles.

It’s about
✨ Friendships that grow through early mornings and long runs
✨ Having fun even when the grind is real
✨ Supporting each other especially complete strangers on the course
✨ Teams showing up together through months of training
✨ The grind, the sweat, the perseverance
✨ And most of all… the inclusivity and love this community shows every single runner

No matter your pace, your race, or your story- there’s a place for you here. 💚🏃‍♀️

This is why I run.
This is why I coach.

🌊 Planning, Sun, and Success! 🌟
Our leadership team got together at the beach for our annual planning meeting, and let me tell you, amazing things are on the horizon for neuro rehab next year! 🧠💪
We couldn’t wait to dive into strategizing and brainstorming the best ways to empower our clients with the latest research and treatment. Our goals: continue to grow accessibility for great integrated care while also making re+active the best place to work! 🫶 And our team got super creative today on ways to make that happen!

This is just a glimpse of what we get to share with our Brain Bytes Business Small Group. (To all my fellow Brain Bytes neuro business owners, I can’t wait to hear about your annual planning meeting, and we get to meet this week—always a highlight for me!)

To my fellow neuro business owners or leaders, what are you most excited about for next year? comment below 👇🏽

26.2 mile Block Party through all 5 boroughs of NYC. My cheeks are as sore as legs from smiling the whole way. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the @parkinsondotorg to help me raise over $4000 for this incredible organization. And thank you to @atlantatrackclub for the best training experience. I can’t wait to share more of the experience.

NATAS Board Member, Donna Lowry Reid is talking the family to New York to support her daughter, Dr. Nicole Fuller in running in this NYC Marathon this weekend! 🏃🏾‍♀️

Please indulge this mother...

“When your children are young, you can only imagine what they will do with their lives. When Nicole told me she wanted to be a physical therapist in ninth grade, I said, "You know you've got a touch people." Her response (a little frustrated that I'd say that) was, "Yes, Mom." Fast forward to today -- after getting her B.S. in biology at Spelman College and then her doctorate in physical therapy at GSU -- she is touching people, not just with her hands and knowledge, but with her heart.

She is a neurological physical therapist who treats people with diseases or injuries involving the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system.

Thanks to her work on the job and in community service, the Parkinson's Foundation has selected Nicole for their team in the upcoming New York City Marathon! She has patients and family members with Parkinson's.

Please consider helping her raise money for the growing number of people with Parkinson's by visiting the link below.”

Thank you!

P.S. This will be her third marathon, but her first one for charity.

I thought I had more pics but apparently the others are in y’alls phones and not mine 😂
And others I saw and we hugged so tight we didn’t even get a pic 🤦🏾‍♀️
I hadn’t seen some Spelhouse family in YEARS, and I love that I got to hug y’all’s necks. It’s been a year and I needed this love and time.
Love y’all deep 💙♥️🫶🏽
Now next year is 15 YEARS! And I plan to be insufferable so gird your loins! Happy homecoming family!
