Another little blip in time. 🤍

For a few days, ordinary life disappears and our separate worlds converge, old friends, beautiful guests, new walks, new conversations, REFORMER PILATES, ridiculous amounts of laughter, movement, stillness, food, sunshine and everything in between.

Then we scatter back into our own lives again, a little different from when we arrived.

So grateful for the people I get to deepen friendships and meet in this little space we make together.

Until our lines converge again. 🇵🇹 @sweatescapes

Going on this retreat taught me so much more than just fitness ✨

It reminded me how important it is to get out of your comfort zone, meet new people, slow down mentally and actually enjoy the process instead of constantly chasing perfection.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time ☀️🤍

Forever grateful @sweatescapes 🤍

More than workouts. More than steps.

Training is part of the retreat, but the experience is what people remember.

4 miles. Every 4 hours. For 48 hours.

Four months ago I set out to raise money for the Injured Jockeys Fund ahead of the Cheltenham Festival.

For the men and women who put their bodies — and sometimes their lives — on the line every single day in a sport millions of us love to watch.

For the last 10 years, racing has been a huge part of my life. And I wanted to find a way to give something back.

So I signed up to the 4x4x48 Challenge created by @davidgoggins.

4 miles. Every 4 hours. For 48 hours.

What I didn’t expect was just how mentally tough it would be.

Running through the night.
Running when your body wants to stop.
Running when the alarm goes off again… and again… and again.

But something incredible happened along the way.
People showed up.

Friends, family, and supporters came out to run alongside me. Messages poured in. Donations came through.

Encouragement at the exact moments it was needed most.

Honestly, I’m not sure I would have finished without that support.

So to everyone who ran with me, donated, shared the fundraiser, or simply sent a message of encouragement, thank you!

I’m genuinly grateful to every single one of you.

If you ever think you can't achieve something, let me tell you that YOU CAN!

This challenge was a small reminder that when people rally around a good cause, extraordinary things can happen.

And if it helps support the incredible work the Injured Jockeys Fund does for jockeys and their families, every mile was worth it.

If you’d still like to support the cause, the donation link is in my bio.

Now… bring on Cheltenham. 🏇
