Strength After Survival has been created from a very personal place.

I know what it feels like to lose parts of yourself through trauma, grief, domestic violence, addiction and seasons that make simply getting through
the day feel like an achievement.

For me, fitness became more than changing my body. It became a way to rebuild discipline, confidence, mental strength and belief in myself.
It also saved my life...

I’m currently completing my personal-training qualifications and my long-term goal is to create a safe and supportive fitness community for women rebuilding after difficult chapters—not as a therapist, but as a trainer and a woman willing to stand beside them.

Faith inspires the way I live and serve, but this community will never pressure or judge anyone.

Women of every faith—and women with no faith—will be equally welcome.

Your past may be part of your story, but it does not define your future.

Come as you are. We can grow stronger together.

A massive congratulations to our Part Time Parramatta students on graduating last week!

It’s been incredible to watch you grow—not just as individuals, but as confident, capable personal trainers ready to make your mark in the industry.

Keep in touch and let us know where you’re working—we love staying connected with our alumni and cheering you on from the sidelines!

Today was drop off day for our @sharethedignityaustralia #itsinthebag Christmas collection and i can't express how overwhelmed I'm feeling by everyone's generosity.

Thank you to Skye, Nicole, Tanya, Dallas, Melissa, Christel and mum for kindly donating bags and goodies to help us fill to the brim THIRTY SIX bags. I am so thrilled that we could achieve this amount, we couldn't have done it without everyone's help.

This cause has become so important to us as we believe that no woman, no matter what your social or economic status should ever have to endure period poverty.
We hope that this will make a few ladies smile this Christmas and know that:
WE SEE YOU
YOU MATTER
AND WE CARE 🖤
