Can’t believe I got to say goodbye to these people at school. Makes me wanna cry 😭

@winterpop was the greatest teacher I knew from beginning of freshman year taking his class to taking it all my three years (didn’t have photography during sophomore because online school). Throughout the years I grew more knowledge from him on how to use photoshop and later one learn more about photography which has been a big hobby I’ve been into now. I will forever miss your class and knowledge I’ve learned from you.

@nictheslick was a good coach to me always helping me improve mileage and my running. I still feel guilty that I quit and joined back during senior year. I hope you the best on improving more people for track.

@martin_delira26 I’ve never had your class but you were still one of the nicest coaches/teachers I met and you were always there if I didn’t feel good or answering any questions I had. Still will miss you as a coach but I’m happy I spent last year during track with you and nick.

Today’s workout ladies and gents and however else you self identify is a rock climbing workout! This one was put together by Modesto high alum @alann_guer and is focused solely around rock climbing strength similar to climbers such as @alexhonnold I won’t lie I breezed through some of this because of my fitness level and suffered through some because of how little specialization I have climbing. All in all a good challenge and I enjoyed it!

Suck it @hemiteshh and your “dragon flag” and “one armed dragon flag”. Seriously tho this was challenging and I liked it. Send me if anyone still cares that I’m doing this

I really enjoyed this one and did it a couple times since I first tried it on Thursday. It was easier coordination wise, but I need to work on the angle. It’s intense trying to keep it around 45 degrees like he does but it was also my first time. I’ve added a couple of these to my current routine, you guys should too

Since y’all keep throwing down the gauntlet *cough* *cough* @marianav_0710 *cough* especially wanted to make me suffer, here’s today’s workout. I can handle most of the movements, some it is super new so you can see where I suffered, rudimentary but all there! So you guys can suck it, I give myself a B. Effort absolutely there, form leaves a little to desired. Also, I would love to do the push-up ones, I love the challenge, but I have a history of ganglion cysts, aka I have severe weakness there and those explosive movements will cause me injuries. So no dice sadly. I will try what I can of the rest. Comeback tomorrow for round II.
