This seems so unreal to me. Last night I placed 2nd in my first ever Bikini Competition. First ever doing anything on a stage😁. I'm grateful for this experience as I learned that I'm stronger than I think I am (mind and body). I now truly understand how hard it can be for someone to stick to a diet as I've never followed a strict plan before but the value I gained was all worth it.
Thanks to all my family, clients and friends who supported me throughout. My trainer @adfitness_addict for your sometimes annoying push in workout 🙃. @ifbb_pro_nicole_carter for guidance and support in my diet and posing. My training buddies who made my trainings more enjoyable @mazelthesoundmaster @30candice1. I truly appreciate each and every person who supported and offered words of encouragement. Thank you🙏❤️❤️.
