We could not be prouder! Our rockstar girl @missjuliastiles and her incredible partner @ezra.sosa are dancing their hearts out tonight on Dancing with the Stars 🪩

Julia sent us the sweetest shoutout, thanking our South Slope team and community for supporting her dream, and for helping get her in shape (go @studio_pilates!). But most importantly, let’s make sure our votes count!

You can vote up to 10x each. Text JULIA to 21523.

Let’s help Julia bring home the mirrorball 🪩🪩

Meet Nidia — one of our longtime favorites ✨

For the past 5 years, Nidia has been part of the Studio Pilates family. What started as a client journey at South Slope quickly turned into an instructor journey after experiencing firsthand how Pilates transformed her marathon training.

Teaching Mondays at South Slope and Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Cobble Hill, Nidia brings the heat to every class — balancing challenging workouts with the technical cues, enhancements, and modifications that help every client get the most out of their session.

Her classes are equal parts burn and precision—expect to be challenged, supported, and walking out feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Nidia loves being part of both studio communities and helping clients build strength and confidence through movement.

Book your spot with Nidia today 🤍 (before she heads off on maternity leave later this summer to welcome baby #2!)
