These carabiners are from @rormanstrength They are excellent like everything Rory makes. They seem built tough and look great. Also, they came quickly. Thanks Rory!

Even though I wasn’t overly impressed with the knurling on these @gym_pin Quick Release D handles they’re definitely a nice alternative for pull downs and row. I definitely like the rotation on the handles when paired with the Longy Bar from @darkolifting

There’s more than one way to do your favorite exercises. 💪

With UNBell, even one familiar movement can take on a whole new range of possibilities.

Center handle. External handle. Different grips. Different hand positions. Balanced or UNBalanced loads. And that’s just curls.

Now imagine applying that same versatility across your entire workout.

More ways to hold it. More ways to move it. More ways to challenge yourself.

One UNBell. UNlimited possibilities.

The Dragon’s Den UNlocked another new way to use UNBell.

Adding a new attachment and band resistance steps up the pullovers and brings a whole new training variable into the mix.

Just when we think we’ve seen every setup, another one emerges.

New attachments. New challenges. UNlimited possibilities.

💪 CURLTEMBER IS ENTERING THE DRAGON’S DEN — AND YES, THERE WILL BE CURLS!!

🐲 THE DRAGON’S DEN / @nifrith77 is another perfect example of what makes the home gym community so awesome. Shaggy is a fellow home gym nerd who loves equipment, lifting, and talking about all the ridiculous stuff we convince ourselves we absolutely NEED for our gyms.

I’d interacted with him online, but it was awesome to finally hang out in person at HomeGymCon this year. He’s an incredibly nice guy and even hooked me up with one of his Dragon’s Den shirts to rock in some videos! I love getting to meet the actual people behind the accounts, and I’m glad to have Austin as part of this community.

And naturally, The Dragon’s Den has something to help properly honor the most important bar in your gym…

🎁 @nifrith77 is giving away a RACK-MOUNTED EZ CURL BAR HOLDER + DRAGON’S DEN STICKERS!

The holder can store an EZ curl cable attachment OR an EZ curl barbell right on your rack — keeping your precious curl equipment organized, accessible and displayed with the respect it deserves.

Because throwing an EZ curl bar on the floor during CURLTEMBER would just be disrespectful.

This Labor Day I remind you we must labor to maintain strength, muscle mass, independence and function. Monday myth buster is that the loss of muscle mass as we age is just normal and what happens. Yes, we will lose strength and muscle mass but the degree of loss is a result of the lack of use not aging itself. Disuse is its own abuse #moestrength #mondaymythbusting #mythbustermonday #athleteofaging #everyoneneedsmoestrength

Well…we hadn’t thought of THIS one!

@nifrith77 hooked chains up to his UNBell and turned it into a whole new way to row.

That’s one of the things we love about UNBell—there isn’t just one way to train with it. Changing your setup, grip, load position, or resistance can give familiar movements a completely different challenge and keep your training fresh.

And apparently, our UNBell community is going to keep finding uses we haven’t even thought of yet. 💪

Also, is there anything more satisfying than the sound of those chains?

Keep experimenting, @nifrith77. We’re taking notes. 📝🔥

UNlimited ways to train.
