Does the view from your doctor’s office look like this? At @jyzen_wellness ours does … and we chose this space when opening Jyzen for a reason: Viewing nature, even through a window or on a screen, has been shown to stimulate a profound healing response in the body. Studies in the field of biophilia—a term that refers to humanity’s innate connection to nature—reveal that simply observing natural environments can lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, and enhance overall well-being. The gentle, rhythmic patterns found in trees, water, and landscapes naturally calm the nervous system, bringing about a state of relaxation and balance.

What a perfect place (and view) for an integrative medical center where people come to heal. ❤️
