Lake Havasu > San Diego > Family visiting us in Phoenix

This busy life is exactly what I dreamed of. Lots of adventures, memories, and experiences. 🌵

Thank you to our friends and family who live this adventurous life with us! It wouldn’t be the same without you 🫶🏼🥰

Here’s to the next month of even more events & holiday fun 🙌🏼😝

Kids need movement to grow, learn, and thrive. And it starts with us leading by example.

Don’t just tell your kids to get outside, be active, or put down the screens. Get up and do it with them.

Run with them. Play with them. Challenge them. Show them that movement isn’t a chore, it’s a way of life.

Active kids start with active role models.

Usually an afternoon sesh type, but when the kids got sports in the afternoon it’s nice to get the workout in before work 💪🏽

It’s ok to have rules around food and moving our bodies. It’s ok to teach the kids that food is fuel. It’s ok to teach our kids what a calorie is and how our body needs the fuel to live. It’s ok to teach them that living off junk food isn’t good and that nutrition is important.

It’s ok to teach our kids that doing things we don’t necessarily feel like doing (like moving our bodies and working out) is still necessary- this builds resilience and discipline.

🙌🏼👍🏻🙏🏼

Trust the Process 🙌🏽 Happy Friday Guys! A little look at “HodgeFam Fitness” throughout the years. 3 different houses and SD➡️AZ. A lot of stuff accumulated over the last 8ish years to the point of where our garage gym is today. So stoked how it’s turned out and to share it with ya’ll!
