It’s hard to put ten years into words… so we asked our community to try 🤍 
What started as an idea has grown into a decade of thousands of people coming through our doors, hosting incredible workshops, trainings and community events, countless classes across modalities, and of course… endless memories of so many of you showing up for yourselves and for each other.

Ten years of training together, growing together, and finding joy through movement. To our longtime members and our newest faces: you are the reason we’re celebrating this week (and really the whole year!).   Thank you for being a part of our cOMMunity.

After tearing my meniscus, yoga became my healing practice. Stretching is a game changer, especially for golfers.

Nikki’s shoot (for Capezio in 2021) is part of a special feature on my blog alongside other yogis I’ve photographed. It’s all about the power of stretching and mindfulness.
