One of my favourite communities🫶🏼💜

I’m still thinking about this one. There’s just something so special about walking into a room, sharing a piece of what you love, and connecting with women who just GET IT.

Thank you @empowerdance_ for having me. I loved every second 🤗

Hope to see you again soon 🦋💜

Okay… reflecting on yesterday🥹🤍

@empowerdance_ you honestly have my whole heart ❤️

I don’t even know where to begin because thank you never feels like enough.

From the moment I walked through those doors, I was met with the biggest smiles, the warmest hugs and so much love. You welcomed me into your space with open arms and made me feel like I’d been there all along. That’s something I’ll carry with me for a very long time.

I know it can feel a little daunting when someone new comes in to teach. You don’t know what to expect, and putting your trust in someone you’ve never danced with before isn’t always easy. So thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for believing in me, and for allowing yourselves to be vulnerable in the room with me.

Thank you for giving up your Sunday to dance with me. Thank you for every laugh, every cheer, every bit of encouragement you gave each other, and for bringing all the good, juicy vibes. The energy in that room was so special. It wasn’t just about dancing… it was about connection, confidence and creating a space where everyone felt seen.

Yesterday reminded me exactly why I do what I do. These are the moments that remind me of my purpose, and leave such a huge imprint on my heart.

I honestly didn’t want to leave 🥹

Behind every moment like this is you @studiolumen.nottingham . Thank you for always backing me, helping me chase my dreams, and believing in me even when I don’t believe in myself. I’ll never stop being grateful for everything you do 🫶🏼♥️

NIKKI 👏👏👏

6 classes. In ONE week.

The dedication??? The energy??? The commitment to herself??? We are obsessed.

@nikkibbb21 has shown up again and again each and every week and it’s been so beautiful to watch her journey. Every class she’s pushing herself, growing in confidence and just fully embracing the vibe whilst focusing on pure enjoyment.

This is what Empower is all about and we can all take so much from her attitude towards FUN first. 🤍

We see you Nikki and we’re so proud of you 🥹✨

Another stunning swim in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 , the birthplace of my daddy. So fitting that I got to swim here a couple of times in memory of him ❤️
