Arrived as strangers.

20 hours later… Homies & hearts. ❤️‍🔥

That’s the magic of these trainings.

You come for the movement. The knowledge. The challenge. The growth.

But somewhere between the sweat, the breath, the laughs, the breakthroughs and all the moments in between, something else happens.

You connect.

Different people. Different places. Different stories. All showing up with open minds and open hearts.

And by the end, nobody really feels like a stranger anymore.

That’s why I keep coming back.

The people. The people. The people.

Grateful for every soul I shared the room with this weekend.

Blessed to have spent 3 full days immersed in deep inner work, connection, learning, a lot of laughter, and some wild celebrations with so many beautiful humans in this room. Constantly reminded that containers like these have power to create connections you will carry close to your heart for a lifetime🤍

And that’s a wrap on the 20hr Evolution of Vinyasa training here in Miami

So many talented teachers. So many kind hearted people. So many inspiring experiences and it all was a co-creation from everyone who showed up.

Being able to practice and traverse through the different forms of Yoga with an open mind, really was a highlight.

From kirtan to handstands. To meditation and asana. We got to experience the most ancient form of yoga to the most modern day remix of it.

Thank you for bringing me in to the amazing yoga community you have been building here @tatianagyoga alongside so many other teachers in our lineage here in Miami.

They say its the impermanence of things that make them special. So even getting to catch a glimpse of the yoga community you guys have here everyday was something I’ll never forget.

Gathering yoga codes and bringing them home to share with everyone after this trip.

Wrapped up my first 20 HR Evolution of Vinyasa here in my hometown miami and I truly have no words to describe this feeling of integration🤍

Thank you to every beautiful human who gathered from all over the world to share this devoted time and space together to go inward & do the internal work that ripples far beyond us. I am always so inspired by the people who are willing to step into these containers, share their stories, ask the hard questions, co-create, and continue to share light no matter what✨

My heart is overflowing. I am so so grateful and a huge thank you to my colleague @brandonberg_ for supporting me through this entire process. This has truly been a labor of love and I’m so grateful to share this path with you 🙏

Feeling incredibly blessed to partner with my @lululemon fam and @miamiironside to bring this vision to life.

Here’s my January heart dump ❤️

I still can’t believe I’m writing this, but here it goes. What began as a silly idea, something my inner voice kept nudging me to trust, has now grown into something so real, alive, and shared purely from love. Maybe it started as imagination, but I’m learning that imagination is often intuition in disguise. And this practice teaches us how to listen to that.🙏

All of this has felt like a true gift. Watching things grow, teaching alongside friends I deeply admire, co-creating something special in my hometown has been healing beyond words. I traveled, let my spirit run free, and realized I’m living inside the very prayers I once asked for.🌱

Moving back to Miami a year and a half ago, after being away for almost a decade, has been one of the greatest gifts in disguise. It has showed me that the edges we resist most are often the ones that teach us how to live with more awareness, honesty, and trust in what’s unfolding.🌎

Now this 7doors miami tour was created out of love for a style that challenged me, turned me inward, and helped me discover my own internal teacher. The first time I practiced it, I literally thought, what the fuck is this? And somehow, we are here. 🙌

There’s something special about these donation based classes. They allow us to practice the other limbs of yoga while naturally cultivating mudita (joy), karuna (compassion), isvara pranidhana(devotion), karma (service), and aparigraha (nonattachment)☮️

We’ll move through a few more gatherings before I head into travel and training. If this feels like it’s for you, come as you are.😘💓
