Buyers don’t just buy a property, they buy into a lifestyle.

Thoughtful styling helps buyers visualise how a space can work, highlights a property’s best features and creates an emotional connection that can be hard to achieve with empty rooms.

Buyers often make their first impression online, before they ever step through the front door. Professional styling helps create stronger listing photos, capture attention and encourage buyers to book an inspection.

Styling can also help define awkward spaces, show the true purpose of a room and make a property feel more cohesive and inviting.

It’s not about making a home look different. It’s about helping buyers see its full potential.

At MONO, every detail is considered, every space has a purpose, and every property deserves to be presented at its best. 🤍

A side of MONO you don’t usually see.

The moments between the moments. The questionable dance moves. The conversations that probably didn’t need to be filmed.

And the footage that was definitely never meant to make the final cut.

A little reminder that behind every polished project is a team of real people, a lot of laughs and absolutely no shortage of things that happen off script.

We take our work seriously. Ourselves? Not always.

A little behind the scenes at MONO. 🤍

A closer look at our recently styled Double Bay residence.

A home with a strong architectural language and a distinct sense of luxury.

Our approach was to build on what was already there. Introducing considered furniture, texture and detail while retaining the character and history of the home.

Existing artwork, layered with our curated pieces, brought warmth and personality throughout.

Knowing what to add. Knowing what to keep.

Styled by MONO.

Double Bay Residence
A home with presence.
A considered approach to finishing it.

This Double Bay residence already had a strong architectural language and a distinct sense ofluxury. Our role was to build upon that foundation — bringing in furniture, texture and considereddetails to make the spaces feel complete.

We incorporated a curated selection of our pieces throughout the living and dining spaces, extendingoutdoors into the entertaining areas and carrying that same warmth through to the bedrooms.

The difference was in the layers.

We also worked alongside the vendors’ existing artwork, intentionally keeping pieces on the walls rather than stripping the home back.

The artwork brought personality and history to the spaces, and helped retain the feeling of a family home — something we felt was important to preserve.

Our approach was never to start from a blank canvas. It was about understanding what was already there, then adding the right pieces to createbalance, warmth and cohesive .

Because luxury isn’t always about adding more.

Sometimes, it’s about knowing what to keep.

A considered approach to a home designed for living, entertaining and connection.

MONO was created from a simple belief: property should be presented with intention.

After more than seven years styling thousands of homes across Sydney, I saw an opportunity to do things differently.

Not just styling a property for sale, but looking at the entire process. What needs to be done before it goes to market, what could be improved and how we can bring it all together.

That is where MONO comes in.

From pre-sale preparation and property styling through to interior design, every property is approached individually, considering the architecture, location, campaign and, most importantly, the buyer.

For vendors, preparing a home for sale can be overwhelming. For agents, coordinating everything that needs to happen before a campaign can take a huge amount of time.

Our job is to make that process easier.

We take care of the details, prepare the property and bring the vision together, so agents can focus on selling and vendors can focus on what comes next.

Starting MONO gave me the opportunity to bring everything I love about property and design together under one roof.

Because I do not believe every property should look the same.

Every property deserves its own point of view.

That is MONO.

Different by design.

For this high-end Neutral Bay residence by Thirdi Developments, the styling was all about complementing the interior design rather than competing with it. With an incredible material palette already setting the tone, from the statement marble and warm flooring to the beautifully considered joinery. Our approach was refined, layered and intentional.

We introduced soft, sculptural furniture, natural textures and a restrained colour palette to balance the strong architectural finishes and bring warmth to the spaces. Curved forms were used to soften the clean lines of the joinery, while tonal fabrics, subtle patterns, and layered textures added depth without overwhelming the interiors.

Every piece was selected with scale, proportion and flow in mind, creating spaces that felt elevated and luxurious.

The result was a home that felt sophisticated, cohesive and effortlessly refined. Styling that enhanced what was already there and allowed buyers to truly appreciate the quality and detail of the property.

Every piece placed with the buyer in mind. A room that photographs like a feeling, not a floor plan. A property is never just staged, it’s composed: furniture, art, flowers and light arranged so a buyer can see themselves in the room before they’ve finished walking through it.

This is what MONO brings to a campaign, styling that doesn’t just fill a space, it sells it.

A Surry Hills warehouse with more attitude than most homes know what to do with: hard volume, worn texture, imperfections left exactly where they were found.

MONO didn’t smooth it over. MONO leaned in. Sculptural before safe. Colour before convention. Character before polish. Sold in under a week.
