POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Looking back at Empower & Rise 2026, my heart is filled with gratitude. 💜Such a meaningful and impactful evening of connection, education, and hope.

To our incredible speakers, thank you for sharing your knowledge, your stories, and your hearts. You helped bring important conversations about domestic violence, post separation abuse, and healing into the room.

To everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, or supported Fiercely Embraced thank you for showing up and believing in this mission. Your presence mattered.

Our goal was to bring our community together, amplify survivors voices, and deepen understanding of the abuse affecting women, men, and children. We want individuals and families to know they deserve safety, support, and a future beyond abuse.

These photos capture the joy, connection, and purpose behind an evening I will always treasure. I’m grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

The work continues, and so does our commitment to education, advocacy, and walking alongside survivors. 💜

My first time workin’ the People of Color Career Fair! @nilesgotyou and I had the awesome task of interviewing job seekers, employers, and partner orgs. How cool that the fair offers free professional headshots, too?! I’m told this was the highest attendance in the fair’s 10-year history. Happy anniversary @poccareerfair… I’m proud to be part of the team.

@dvnthony is one of those artists on the rise that you definitely need to keep your eyes on!

This Indianapolis native is blending R&B, Rock and Soul in his own lane. He has already written for @miguel, worked with @anderson._paak and @syd from @theinternet and earned a co-sign from @timbaland. Now he’s building his own story as a solo artist and the incredible music speaks for itself.

His NEW single “Blicky” is OUT NOW! 🔥🔥🔥

This song is SO dope! I been bumping it on repeat.

@the.avantg is proud to represent D’Anthony as his booking agency and we are excited about what we’re building. This is an artist we believe is ready to make some serious noise.

@varietyofafrikavoa had the opportunity to style@nilesgotyou for his recent interview with legendary West Coast lyricist @ras_kass celebrating the 30-year anniversary of his classic debut album “Soul on Ice”!

The look we gave Chadwick brought African fashion and Hip-Hop together with bold patterns, fresh style and a fit that represented both the culture and the moment.

Shoutout to Chadwick “Niles” Phillips and @the.avantg for allowing Variety of Africa to be a part of this special moment.

And a special salute to the legendary Ras Kass. Thank you for everything you’ve contributed to hip-hop and the culture over the years. Your impact and legacy continue to speak for themselves.

@nilesgotyou I had the honor of sitting down with West Coast Hip-Hop legend @ras_kass for a special interview ahead of the 30th anniversary of his classic debut album, “Soul on Ice” that is coming up on October 1st. Much respect and appreciation to Ras Kass for taking the time to sit down with me and have this conversation.
