I had to get out of my own way… When I officially started my business in September 2020, I was scared. I was petrified to post about my expertise on instagram. So, I started doing it quietly with my close friends and referrals. Because it was safe. I was afraid to show up in other spaces that could question my "expertise" and those thoughts kept me small. Swipe to see 2020 Hazel preparing for her first-ever actual client hehe I was so nervous! But... one day I realized that this coaching thing is bigger than me. The end goal wasn't me but for others. I am called to serve beyond my comfort zone. The same way I felt called to break my people-pleasing tendencies, self-sabotage, and no-boundary self. I had to learn how to trust and remove guilt every time I put myself first. I had to start playing big. It was time to put all that imposter syndrome on mute and showcase the gifts that I've been blessed with. How? I had to see what my mind was telling me and I had to change the language. I had to see life differently - meaning I had to change my stories. the results: ❤️‍🔥 Travel around Latin America ❤️‍🔥 Work with passionate clients who are ready to uplevel ❤️‍🔥 Build a business with my amazing partner ❤️‍🔥 Curate a lifestyle that puts me first while doing something I'm skilled + passionate about. ❤️‍🔥 Volunteer around the world (literal high school dream of mine) I was only able to do this if my mind was able to work with me. I had to create a base within myself -- to trust that I was capable of my goals, even if I didn't see it. I had to practice true self-worth to see that I am lovable and good enough, even if no one told me I was. I had to show up and prepare myself every day as if something better was going to come my way - that I didn't know of. I had to practice being delusional (in a healthy way) because if I wasn't scared to dream big and face my doubts, I wouldn't be here. I would still be playing small. My free course on how to overcome your inner critic is live. Link in the bio. Some objective truths that are resonating with me in the last several weeks: ✨ When you believe your fears are bigger than what it seems, you’ll always find yourself back at square one. ✨ Trust is harder to cultivate when you avoid situations that require you to practice it. ✨ Surrendering is challenging if you don’t trust the actions you choose ✨You will have to build a home no matter where you are. ✨ When making our titles our world, we forget to see ourselves. ✨Silence is a part of you. But it is only scary if you don’t visit often. ✨ Everything on the plane of consciousness affects your physical plane. There’s no separation. I'm so genuinely in love with every experience of getting to “be” and feel. To be able to create something from love. 🥹❤️ #benicetoyourself #selfcompassionpractice #graceyourself #healingtakestime #healingtakescourage #selfloveisreallylove Some objective truths that are resonating with me in the last several weeks: ✨ When you believe your fears are bigger than what it seems, you’ll always find yourself back at square one. When I first created my 'official' program around this time two years ago, I was at home, birthing a baby to life. This was something I felt called to do for quite some time. It was also an exciting and brand-new venture, especially during the lockdown. ❤️ Two years later, I'm here. Growth, detached, and expanded like never before. But as I've grown in the last several weeks, I still loved the overall mission I set foot in, but I felt called to do a refresh. A facelift I would say. During this time of the year, I tend to look inwards. An introspection of what my life is currently looking like - and that includes business. I'm not a super minimalist nor a neat freak - though it would be nice, I have this thing about me where if I bought a haul of groceries, it would sit on my counter until my fridge or cabinets are clean. I just can't put them in an area that doesn’t align with each other. 😅 Although produce is just produce, I like it when items around each other work in harmony. Just like that, I felt the need to remodel my services and my site at the same time for the last several weeks as I welcomed new clients in. 🥰❤️ As I declutter my life, I'm excited to share with you my new gifts. Where the products are more simplified, harmonious, and impactful. This has been divinely put together through many signs and downloads in the last few weeks. It was something my soul was hungry for. stay tuned. 🥰❤️‍🔥😘 #createdtocreate #creativewoman #transformationallifecoach #lifecoach #lettinggo #detachment #changeyourthoughts #innerchildhealing #christiancommunity as of right now: lying in bed after another day of back-to-back client calls, revamping my programs, products, and website. We’re conditioned to go out, chase, and run to get our goals. 🏃🏽‍♀️ But when we chase it from a place of fear and lack, it gets further away from you… not to mention #burnout 🥲 But when I began to tap into my inner child and learned how my stories affected the way I showed up in the world, I raised my self worth. The men I attracted shifted. The way I made money shifted, & the way I relate to the world shifted. I was no longer grabbing, controlling, or manipulating my way through life. You know, being in survival… It’s exhausting to not feel supported Its tiring to think you need the next thing to feel good enough It’s draining to always try to manipulate the external so you feel better internally. Moving into my feminine, inner-child, God and magnetism requires this: ❤️‍🔥 I learned to let go of the thoughts, the thinking, the stories the resistance or things needing to be a certain way for others. ❤️‍🔥 I allowed myself to be guided. I had to tune in and stop listening to my stories and detach from my desires. I needed an intervention from God. ❤️‍🔥 To viewed what I was attracting in my life as info to what was going on INSIDE of me. This gave me power to change from the inside and I watched my reality shift after. ❤️‍🔥 I allowed myself to slow down and feel. This shows high self worth. This shows inner security and faith. The more we release and surrender, the more we give love to our stories and detach, we will see all the opportunities waiting for us. 😈 #innerchildhealing #letgoandletgod #lettinggoofcontrol #letgo #innerchildwork #innerwisdom We’re conditioned to go out and chase, run and get our goals. Being a life-coach doesn't mean you have life all figured out. After several years of inner work though, I developed the tools that helped me get out of self sabotage and people pleasing. Although I’m vastly certified + have worked in this field for years, I proudly say I will never be perfect. That means, I’m constantly improving and leveling up on my personal journey while I elevate others as well. I'm proud to know that I am not being stagnant and never satisfied with my level in knowledge. I believe in constant and everlasting growth. I believe in constantly pushing myself and always staying uncomfortable. I’m currently working towards getting another certification for breathwork to amp up my coaching calls and my expertise. I've also been working with my own life coach for over six years now. He has been a great mentor of mine who runs his own engineering company, a customer success company, practices deep mindfulness, and lives like a hippie. He constantly challenges me and I am grateful for all the lessons he taught me. Business wise I have been working towards a new course that will change the way you see your challenges and you can soon find me on @teachable in the near future. @projectantiporta is a place where growth happens. I can't preach what I teach if I am not working on things itself.

Mainly — outside of my client calls and a few posts here and there, within the last two months, I was doing nothing. Doing nothing is the most productive thing we can do sometimes. Disconnecting to reconnect to myself.

Have you been wondering when it’s time to let go of that old friendship, relationship or your job that just feels dead? Or maybe it’s the lifestyle that you’re in making you feel stuck? I know what it's like to be in that position of feeling like something needs to change. You just feel like you have to make a move in some direction in order to feel alive and fulfilled in your life again. Especially if… ✨You've tried to start new habits but life still feels the same ✨ You've read a bunch of self help books and listen to many podcasts ✨ You’ve tried to cut people out but it feels lonely, and they end up coming back ✨ You’ve invested in many freebies and checklists to keep you accountable ✨ You just want to feel like the STAR of your life So if that's where you are right now, again, don't feel like you're alone because I've been there too. Here's how you can move past that: you can try to download ebooks but in my experience, having 1:1 accountability is the best way to actually achieve clarity and purpose to your life. Imagine just waking up each morning knowing that no matter what comes you know how to be responsible for your own happiness. You start healing your inner child through the areas you feel stuck in and you will find yourself free — where you get the income you desire, passion with what you do; all because you’ve replaced those behavioural patterns with effective stories. If that's the kind of life you want to live and you need some advice, DM me "advice" and I'll voice note you 🥰❤️‍🔥 #youaresafe #youareloved #youareseen #peopleasernomore Have you been wondering when it’s time to let go of that old friendship, relationship or your job that just feels dead?
