These eight early- and mid-career Music Directors will each work alongside the creative team of one Festival Musical from pre-production through the final Festival presentations while supporting the collaborative process of developing a new musical.

A part of the Festival Emerging Artists Program, the Creative Assistantships provide an incredible opportunity for mentorship, skill development, and networking, and we’re so excited to work with this year’s cohort and be a part of their professional journeys!
