I am so proud to be part of the Magasin du Nord Fashion Prize. Today the Wessel & Vett foundation nominated 4 Danish designers.
Our intention has always been to promote the originality and calibre of young Danish design globally, as well as to equip our newly established designers with the skills and support to build sustainable brands with a future. Don’t miss Tove Storch and Charlotte Brüel at Nils Stærk Gallery. Apple Romance. Danish artist Tove Storch's artistic projects can be viewed as a continuous investigation of sculptural possibilities. In a combination of a tight minimal expression and delicate, fragile materials her works give physical shape to complex reflections on form, time and space. Charlotte Brüel is presenting her invisible sculptures. Her artistic works have remained largely hidden from the public eye.

We finally revealed that Niels Wessel Bagges Art-foundation has donated a spectacular artwork by the Danish artist Jeppe Hein to the Metro in Kgs. Nytorv, Copenhagen – for all of us to enjoy! The work consists of 17 colorful and shiny mirrored balloons, floating effortlessly under the ceiling, challenging people to look up and hopefully wonder on their commute... #nielswesselbaggeartfoundation

So excited - ready to inspect 17 fiberglass balloons hanging in the Metro at Kgs Nytorv together with Danish artist Jeppe Hein. Tomorrow his artwork “Coloured Mirror Balloons” will be revealed in the Metro. A project that has been in the making for more than 5 years. An idea and a donation from Niels Wessel Bagge’s art Foundation.
