🌿 A year ago I wasn’t the leader I am today, and in a year from now I won’t be the same leader I am today.... and that’s both scary and exciting.

I think part of becoming a leader is realizing you don’t suddenly "arrive" one day fully formed, fully certain, fully ready.

You grow into it.
Conversation by conversation.
Risk by risk.
Moment by moment.

I’m still learning how to soften further, even inside spaces that require more structure, more decision making, more responsibility.

There was a time leading this meant holding everything alone. Carrying it all. Having the answers. Being the one with the vision and making sure everyone else could see it and believe in it too.

Now leadership looks like collaboration.
Listening.
Trusting.
Allowing myself to be supported.

There’s something really beautiful about building dreams with people you care about instead of trying to prove you can do it all by yourself.

Having a team makes the workload lighter, yes.
It helps ideas come to life faster.
It makes brainstorming way more fun.

And lately, it’s been asking something deeper of me too.

Trust.
Humility.
Communication.

Leadership asks you to let people in.
To stay open to ideas that weren’t originally yours.
To co-create with a cultivated trust in the people you choose to sit at the table with.

And honestly… that’s where the magic lives!

The best leaders I know aren’t the loudest person in the room. They’re the people who know how to create spaces where everyone feels safe enough to bring their brilliance to the table.

Growth asks us to root deeper while we bloom bigger.

And the pathway there has been as much about mindset as it has systems.
As much about softness as it has structure.
As much about building trust as it has strategy. 🌱
