Friday night moved to Saturday at 7am. 🏃‍♂️☕

Only 54% of U.S. adults say they drink, a Gallup record low that held again in 2026. Meanwhile, running clubs on Strava grew 3.5x in a year. 📈

The crews leading it:
🌴 Venice Run Club, LA: 1,100+ on a Wednesday
🗽 Lunge Run Club, NYC: about 1,000 at one run (single? wear black)
🌆 Brickell Run Club, Miami: 300+ every Tuesday
⭐ Run It Up Dallas: 20 to 300 members in three months
💃 Mad Miles, Charlotte: run first, line dance after
🍺 Freaks Run Club, Houston: a different local business every Friday

People come for the miles and stay for the crew. Most of these clubs are free. 🤝

SkiErg pulls. Wall ball throws. Your lats are putting in work, and your quads aren’t getting a break either.

Today we’re focusing on both with targeted hands-on bodywork and PEMF as part of the recovery session.

Because training hard is only part of the equation.

Didn’t even plan it. 145 lbs moved. 💥

That’s what happens when you survive things that should’ve broken you.

Special thanks to @jadeyolivia for the technique critique and notes to help me push.

Shout out to my Physical Therapist @drea.dpt whose always pushing me to keep moving and telling me I can do hard things

Big shout out to @ninjathletes for the shirt

Train like this? Recover like this. 🔥

Hard training is the stimulus. Recovery is where you adapt.

My approach:
✅ Deep tissue + sports therapy
✅ PEMF to support faster recovery, calm inflammation, and cellular regeneration
✅ Nervous system regulation so your body can rebuild

21+ years working with athletes taught me this: the ones who recover best last the longest.

📲 DM me “RECOVER” and let’s build a plan that matches how hard you train.

The right person doesn’t make the hard things easy. They make you want to be better. 🤍

Building strength, chasing goals, and becoming better together. That’s the kind of love that pushes you forward, in and out of the gym.

Sunday morning HYROX group training.

High energy. Tough effort. Great people.

This is what it’s about.

21+ years of hands-on experience. Still showing up with the same care and attention that built my practice.

Athletes, weekend warriors, or just feeling the wear of everyday life—there’s a place for you on my table. 😎

Ready to move better? DM me “RECOVER” to book.
