Your heart and brain are more connected than you think. What protects your heart also helps protect your brain and can lower your risk of stroke. This World Heart Day, take a moment to check in with your heart: move more, eat well, know your numbers, manage your blood pressure, and don’t ignore the warning signs. Because every beat matters. And every step towards a healthier heart is a step towards a healthier brain. #worldheartday #letsriseabovestroke #strokecare #strokerecovery #strokerehabilitation
