This pic of the Humans of @sesamestreet was taken at our 50th Anniversary Special. This was the last time we were all in the same space. We lost both Bob Mcgrath and @luissesamestreet since then but their spirits still resonate on the Street. So grateful for this amazing group of friends and artists. #alanathoopers #sesamestreet #humansofsesamestreet #icons

Yes, change doesn’t happen overnight. But it is happening, every single day, good or bad. It all comes down to the actions you take today. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Whether it’s a 10-minute walk, 20 jumping jacks, a 30-second wall sit, or even just enjoying a healthy, real foods, simple ingredients meal. The choice is yours. 🌟

Look at my journey: from 254 lbs in July 2021 to 189 lbs now in January 2024. Every small step, every healthy choice added up.

So, what will your change be today? Decide, act, and transform. You have the power to shape your tomorrow, starting now. 💪🏽🔥

🏋🏽‍♂️🕺🏽🏃🏽 This journey wasn’t just about workouts; it was a dance between motivation and discipline. My motivation graph? Up and down. But discipline? That line stayed steady. Because showing up every day, no matter what, is where the magic happens. Results come when you commit, even on those low-motivation days. 💪🏽📈🌟

Join me in embracing the power of discipline over fluctuating motivation. For more of my journey and tips on staying disciplined, follow @iamsamraatghosh and feel free to reach out via DM.

I know how tough it is to believe in change before seeing it. But here’s my story: from 262.6 lbs to 197 lbs. If I could turn hope into reality, so can you. 🌟 This journey taught me the power of faith in oneself. Change is slow, but it’s certain when you show up every day. Let my transformation be your inspiration. Believe, and you’ll see. 💪🏽

(Velvet Buzzsaw)

- Джейк Джилленхол в роли в меру жеманного, не определившегося то ли он герой "Горбатой горы" 2005 или сердцеед из "Любовь и другие лекарства" 2010, но однозначно решающий, какие предметы искусства нынче в тренде;
