Mathew 5:7
It stopped being about me, how do I look, how strong am I, what can I do, it turned into, how strong is the spirit of god, how much can I do to show his work, how much can I do to show how much he strengthens me, how long can I go to show his endurance, what can I do to please him.

Sure the freedom and money can be great, but it’s not why I decided to continue to do this, you are. Everyone who has ever sat in my chair and had a conversation with, you’re all the reason, this isn’t a job for me, this is my life, my life that gets to be a part of and hear all the stories of yours, thank you for trusting me, and thank you for continuing to come back to me, it really means a lot and I deeply appreciate you.

Romans 5:3-4….
EATING; MAX CAL DAILY 1,900
-This concludes start of Phase 2 of the cut
-Meals mainly consist of protein• healthy fats•veggies•& the rest carbs, eating fruit as a snack, (blueberries, raspberries, dates, kiwi skin on).
-I havnt consistently hit 1,900 cal a day, probably only about once this week, they’ve been ranging from 800-1,900 a day
-I’ve been allowing some room for error in phase 1, this phase a little more strict
BODY & STRENGTH;
- still eating for muscle growth & strength gain
- not too worried about the fat loss, I’ve been adding more cardio & movement for that
-calories will be restricted to 1,700 a day
-protein still #1 goal, going to try to not eat too close to bedtime if my schedule allows for it
- fat loss is still occurring while strength is still rising, happy right now, looking forward to being more dialed in

Week1 of the cut still able to gain strength, week2 taking away 100-200 cal a day still expecting strength progress until around week 4-5, I’ll post some meals from week 1 but I’ve added on more walking, runs, & intense stretching 🤨still feel good, can’t wait to be shredded
