I absolutely love this gym and the people in it. I had a pretty awesome surprise this morning after class. I’m not gonna lie I was at a loss for words, but I can’t thank the owners and those who helped enough or this. Zeus always enjoyed going to the gym with me and getting on everyone’s face, so it’s pretty cool to see him on a Cowtown shirt. Definitely found my new favorite shirt, and again I can’t say thank you enough. @cowtowncrossfit

It’s not easy with you gone. I’ve missed you more than I could ever put into words. I’ve spent hours looking at your pictures and videos. I’ve laid in your bed probably more than my own. But now I can have a little piece of you with me always. You will always and forever be missed.

Welcome home buddy.

Sunday funday yesterday with some sled pushes and some rope climbs! My hands don’t like me right now, but ehhh, it was fun! So that’s all that matters 😂

So much fun at the Terrain Race with my @cowtowncrossfit peeps.
Lots of mud, lots of obstacles, tons of laughs.

Can't wait to do something like this again!

Great time this weekend with these guys! Got to check out the Fort Worth escape room, eat some pizza, have some cheesecake, and I got to hear an opera singer sing me happy birthday. I’d say it was a pretty great weekend and I owe it all to these guys! And also thank you to everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday, I really appreciate that!! .

Had a great time at the Dallas Europa this weekend! Got to compete, got a lot of free stuff, and Neil and I got enough supplements to probably last a year 😂
Had a pretty good time competing yesterday with @audreydenae007 @rodgerdodger14 and @jordan.scheller and we all got to podium! It was awesome having my dad, Neil, and Kirby there which was also a first for dad and Kirby watching a crossfit competition. Loved having y’all there and yalls support!
Might take a few days off and let my shoulders recover lol Happy Monday!
