The workout hits different when your people are right there with you!

Grab a friend and come see why we love sweating it out together at TLG!

The tea will have to wait because the workout can’t!
Just a quick 60-minute intermission, but let’s be real, when your coworkers are your friends, there’s always more to catch up on💛

Who says the fun has to stop when class ends? Last night we took TLG outside the gym for a trip to the cider mill because being part of TLG is about more than just the workouts. It’s about building relationships, making memories, having fun, and enjoying all the moments in between the calorie burn!

5 years of TLG!! 🖤💛

And we’re not just celebrating for one day… we’re making a whole month out of it.

October is packed with special events, challenges, savings, giveaways and plenty of ways to celebrate with us.

There’s a lot to celebrate and even more to come. Stay tuned, we can’t wait to share it all with you! 🎉

Had the @detroitpistonsdancers in the gym last week for a training session with trainer @grg_javon before their usual practice. They were putting in the work behind the scenes that helps bring that energy to the court. 🔥

Absolutely loved having them at TLG, and we’re pumped to have them back throughout the season!
