Founders workshop day with @chrisenpilates
at @noa.wellness_ Liverpool

Today we were the ones on the reformer being corrected.😝

Laura and Jo, ENTITY founders spent the day with Chrisen, Pilates educator. Humbling, in the best way.

We do this because the studio only gets better if we do. Everything we built today, is going straight into your progressions classes.

See you on your Progressions class

Taught some teaser prep & teasers last week so jumped on and had a practice myself ~ first go since having the baby & being pregnant, 1 red spring, not bad for 13 weeks post partum 😮‍💨🌶️

Nothing beats the classics❤️

The mat flow that keeps on flowing 🤌✨

Continuous movement with each exercise flowing seamlessly into the next, slow it down and focus on movement quality (video sped up x2)

Add some core and glute activation to start, finish with a core series before repeating on the other side, and you’ve got yourself a full-body class plan 💫

Save this one and give it a try 🌶️
