Hit some gym PR’s this week
Squat: 365
Bench: 250 x 4 (forgot to get video)
Deadlift: 375
While on a cut. At the lowest weight I’ve been since my bodybuilding show.
How?
1. Is it just superior genetics? Am I simply “built different” as the kids say??
2. Is my supreme confidence in my abilities, mindset, and overall good looks?
3. Or, more than likely, is this the product of having a phenomenal coach who knows how to program and when to program it? Yeah, it’s 3 for sure.
What @noahraulston21 is cooking up at @humble_beast_strength is nothing short of amazing. He’s learning every day. He’s coaching every day. He’s able to take feedback from his athletes and incorporate it seamlessly into their program. He has the knowledge. He’s gaining real life experience. He listens to his people. And he cares. I know I may be a tad bit biased. And, he’s doing things the right way.
Have you plateaued? Are you unsure what to do in your training? Are you looking to get started, but you’re scared and don’t know where to start? Seriously: DM @noahraulston21 and/or @humble_beast_strength. Now. Get started TODAY!!
