איזה מדהים זה שסוגי ספורט שונים משתלבים כל כך יפה ביחד, ומשלימים אחד את השני במה שהם נותנים לגוף ולנפש.
פשוט מושלם!!

This month went so fast…
I can’t believe that tomorrow will be the last day of my current TTC 🥹 it seems like we just started yesterday 🙃

It’s been 6 years already that I’ve been giving these trainings and I’m still in a complete awe each time from the strong connection in each one of them.
I keep wonder if it is a group of souls that chooses to share this journey together in a special point in time or is it just the intensity of a daily practice and study that makes this bond so strong…
I guess it’s a combination of both☺️

Every course has its own unique character, its own nature with very clear mutual topics.
It just brings me so much pleasure to be part of it each time:)

Every training I gave until now felt so special and accurate.
This time again we were a group of only women. I guess that lately I summon strong female power by my side😍

What can I say …
A group of strong, sensitive, powerful and delicate women. Curious, open , funny and playful 🐒
Thank you for showing me again and again how fun it is just being together - lugging, crying, releasing, sharing, holding each other, lifting each other:)

It’s hard to believe tomorrow is our last TTC day🥹
It goes too fast….

טיילתי בטרמפים בארץ כמה ימים, היה מהמם

תרבות הטרמפים בארץ איך נגיד..
התפוגגה מעט, אולי כי אנחנו מפחדים להעלות איתנו אדם זר, עצלנים ליצור קשרים או כל כך "מאוהבים" בשגרה שלנו שאנחנו נכנסים לקופסת פח שלנו ומתנתקים מכולם.
אתם רואים מישהו/מישהי בצד הדרך גם אם האצבע לא מורמת, תעצרו תשאלו לשלומו אולי הוא בצד הדרך טיפה יותר מידי זמן.. האנשים שעצרו לי היו מיוחדים במינם וכנראה שהייתה סיבה שאיתם העברתי מעל לשעתיים נסיעה כל טרמפ..
יש לנו את האפשרות בחירה לעזור להיות עוד חלק קטן ומלא תקווה בחיים של בן אדם אז למה לא?
