And now I’m gone
for Towerfall 🏰

Where the grass is tall,
And the risk won’t stall
every plan we’ve made
to regenerate

“Oh the tropicalness of it all, steel guitars offering the scaffolding before a Mimi Parker like vocal gets us thinking a little Low may be the order of the day. Then the more we discover the more it gets Cocteau Twins and ethereal and all things dreampop. Those harmonies just soar and though the song for the most part stays quiet and tempered, you can tell there is heart here beyond what most of us can summon.” - Kevin Hugger @mp3hugger

I walked around Manhattan for a few hours dusting off my street photography persona. Spent time in Washington Square Park with the chess masters, skateboarders, and jazz musicians. Googled all the fun facts about New York’s steam system. Ran into lots of cool dogs and also took a selfie with my good friend @shoheiohtani. Then to the Bowery ballroom to listen to Zinadelphia. I ended the night sharing a rooftop drink with the lovely @jazminliketheprincess. Day one in NYC was cool.
