4 workshops. One full experience.

ROOT — Pilates Flow

EXPAND — Silk Fans
EXPRESS — Choreography

A space to move, explore, connect, play and create together.

We can’t wait to share this one with you.

ROOT 🌱

We begin by coming back to the body.

A Pilates Flow designed to ground, activate and connect. Breath, control, mobility and strength to get our bodies ready for everything that comes next.

A moment to arrive, tune in and ROOT ourselves into the experience.

No previous experience needed

MOVE 🖤

Time to move, explore and let the body speak.

A contemporary dance class where we’ll play with flow, floorwork, duo work and musicality, finding new ways to move and connect with our bodies.

No pressure. No perfection. Just movement, curiosity and a lot of dancing.

Come MOVE with us

EXPAND 🪭

Let the movement travel beyond your body.

We’ll explore silk fans through technique, flow and play, learning how to make them feel like an extension of ourselves.

No experience with fans needed. Just come ready to explore, play and EXPAND

EXPRESS ❤️‍🔥

Everything we explored comes together here.

Movement, musicality, silk fans, intention and performance, all brought into one choreography where you get to make it completely yours.

No need to look like anyone else.
We want to see YOU in it.

Feel it. Own it. EXPRESS it.

Grief became my purpose

People say that I had a lot of courage to transform my grief into something bigger than myself and into a purpose.

I would say that I had no option but to dive into it and tune into what I was avoiding my whole life - my own emotions.

Grief opened the doors for me to truly feel my emotions into my body, and express it in a way I never thought it was possible which is sharing with people.

Grief became purpose, the Way Of Living became my path to embody what being human truly is.

A week after Gabriel passed away while having breakfast with the family, I shared with them that I was feeling gratitude, and couldn’t explain why, but knew it was because a lot of things would change in everyone’s life.

Today, however difficult it may be, I am deeply grateful for the experience I went through, and for my brother Gabriel.

The video share a bit of what we have been doing in the Gold Coast in our monthly events, and what the Way Of Living movement is about.

Thank you for every single person that has been part of this project and supported it in incredible ways.

Embodying Humanity, Way Of Living

🔥 FUEGO 🔥

Four years ago, Noe found fire.

What started as curiosity became movement, expression, confidence—and a deep connection to one of nature’s most powerful elements.

Through dragon staff, dance and performance, she discovered a different kind of strength. One built on presence, courage, creativity and trust.

Fire taught her to move without fear.
To embrace her energy.
To take up space.
To shine.

From performer to teacher, Noe now shares that spark with others—helping them discover their own confidence and connection through fire.

Strength has many forms.
Sometimes, it burns. 🔥
