As a fitness professional, your voice is your most powerful tool—so why aren’t you treating it like one? Whether you're leading a high-energy class or motivating clients, your voice is essential for success. 🗣️

Without proper care, it can wear out quickly. Hydration, vocal warm-ups, and rest are just a few ways to keep your voice in top shape. Protect it now to avoid costly setbacks later.

WORDS MATTER

Question: If the word “health” comes from the word “heal,” then why do so many “health” influencers continue to use the words “whip, burn, torch, rip, shred, cut, smash, crush, grind, beat, kill, destroy, assault, incinerate and murder” to market their products and their programming?

⬇️ What do you think is the reason? ⬇️

As we journey through the seasons of life, I find myself reflecting fondly on a particular chapter: my days as an indoor cycling instructor at Run Wild Fitness, the YMCA, and the Alaska Club. It all started with a voice on a fitness app and some local encouragement. This voice, however, became so much more than just a guide through my workouts; it transformed into a person, a mentor, a coach, and a dear friend.

We first connected online, exchanging messages and life stories. She became my coach, offering regular consultations, and as our friendship grew, we became pen pals of sorts. Imagine my surprise and amazement when I finally met my online friend in person. That moment was nothing short of magical, turning a digital connection into a cherished real-life bond. Thanks for the visit, my friend. I hope we see each other again.

To the OGs from RWF, you might recall riding with Noel from CycleCast (now CardioCast). Unreal, right?! Be sure to say hi in the comments.
