Something that I really love is when I am able to bond w my friends over food that we love. Can you guess what it is?

This lil taco spot was found so late in our Baylor career (literally when most of us had either graduated or were graduating in the next few days), but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The tacos are good (duh that’s why we keep coming back) but also I think it’s so funny when a few of my friends are like, 3rd time I’ve been this week 🤪 and I’m like y’all addicts (although I’m no better)

Honestly though, there’s something so special about sharing food that you genuinely enjoy and love with your loved ones that make the food and memories so much better. So shoutout and thanks to my friends for all the taco runs and to the lil taco spot that we discovered literally the day before my graduation 🤥 that has become a very loved spot. lol I bet they were so confused why there was an influx of Asians that randomly started coming there. Anyways y’all have great tacos, thanks for hosting my dear dear friend group.

My order: asada on corn tortilla with grilled onions, raw onions, cilantro, and cheese 👌🏽

Rating: would def come back again when I’m in town

Omg happy new year,, I haven’t posted in so long n e ways look at these cute ice cream animals 😭😭

Ngl it was pricey but they had a lot of good flavors that I would want to try like black sesame, hazelnut, Ferrero rocher, tiramisu, and durian to name a few. We ended up getting green tea and Viet coffee which was also very good.
Overall a cute and fun experience w friends.

(It’s connected to a claw machine place and ig wouldn’t let me tag the actual location of the one we went to in Old Denton but there is a location in Dallas)

Rating: pricey ($6.5-7.5) BUT would come again on a special occasion (maybe)

Happy goodphil

A lot went into Goodphil 2024. ~4k people, 1.8k participants, 12 schools, 4 days, 2 boards, 1 family. So much time, effort, and sacrifice was required to make this happen from SIFA and UTA, but also every athlete, dancer, officer, and member. Ultimately I believe the memories we got to share and the families we got to create make this whole thing worth it. Despite all the hiccups and mishaps I hope it was worth it to everyone because to me it damn sure was

SIFA you were a dream. My dream board, my dream year, and my dream Goodphil. Thank you for all you’ve done this year and all you’ve done to make this Goodphil happen. I could not ask for a better group of people to go on this wacky adventure with. Thank you for being the best officers and best friends I could ask for

UTA you killed it on all fronts. Your commitment and dedication to this event was unmeasurable and we were lucky to have you as our host school.

To my original SIFA board, none of this would have been possible without the countless ways y’all taught us and inspired us. Y’all changed the game in so many ways and I’m so grateful for the time we had

UT you will always be my family. I took on this role inspired by the memories we got to make, hoping I could foster an environment where others can find the family and experiences that y’all gave me. I’m grateful to have y’all in my corner. Know that y’all were in my heart the entire way

This event is something I’ve been thinking about since before last Goodphil even happened. Seeing it all come to life has been nothing but rewarding. That’s a wrap on my last Goodphil

First my SIFA board, every single one of yall were picked with a purpose because we saw potential in you and yall for sure did not disappoint. Couldn’t have dreamed of a better team that I would want to spend so much time with.

To all the friends I’ve made along the way from all of the schools, yall make it so hard to root for a team, I’ll keep those memories forever

And to my home school UNT, I am beyond proud to see how much yall have grown and I quite literally cried watching yall fill that stage. I cannot even describe how good it felt to announce UNT every time yall placed, y’all are making every former president proud trust

And lastly CJ you are literally everything and more. You quite literally grabbed goodphil by the neck and said this WILL run smoothly. You’ve supported me and the rest of the board endlessly and your leadership is amazing. I’m so lucky that we work so well together and you’re the best prezzie anyone could ever ask for. I’ve learned so much from you and you continue to amaze me. Love all of you forever🫶
