Yesterday's first ✨Sunday Gathering✨ was deeply joyful, life-affirming, reconnecting and essential. I am truly grateful to the many many souls who have contributed to the birth of this wonderful space.

1. Home (via @uriatsur)
2. Welcome 💛
3. Belonging
4. Grandfather (Ojibway Native American Prayer)
5. @noemaelle - Relationship Artist
6. @nico_siriany - Movement Facilitator & Musician
7. Hey Ma Durga (own version)
8. How I feel 🥰

Following moments of connection to self and to other, we sang to connect to something greater accompanied by the wonderful @nico_siriany on percussion.

@noemaelle shared her practice of Relationships as Art - bringing together her background as a conflict resolution specialist and her simply beautiful artistic process.

@nico_siriany shared his practice of Somatic Dance - to connect the body, emotions and mind through the Río Abierto System.

The afternoon ended with a potluck of lovingly cooked food and nourishing conversations.

I am still in amazement at seeing this unfold and become reality before my eyes. The number of people willing to offer their time, energy, gifts and support to this space is heart-warming. Thank you thank you thank you.

I can't wait for the next edition on 8 February. Hope to see you there ❤️

And of course, a big thank you to the media team:
