@noemievdn ———————- — BOGDAN DJUKANOVIC — HOME, 2026 48 × 42 × 60 cm Carton, pierre, aliments secs, résine

Spatzenhaus with works by the artist in residence David Batigne (@david_batigne) and friends Gabrielle Alexandre (@gabriellealexandre), Jane Bidet (@janebdt), Clemence Bruno (@clemence_bruno), Florian Daut (@dautflorian), and Noémie Vidonne (@noemievdn). Spatzenhaus is about friends, a home, a refuge, a bridge to memories, a place of dreams and rest - a space in flux: one that lets go, and one we miss. The exhibition presents a collection of works that explore our relationship with home, whether imaginary or real. Through friendship, places, and memories, everything is presented as if in a photo album that we’ve reopened to reminisce - and to let the complex emotions evoked by nostalgia and memory resurface. On view at DELPHI_space until 31 July 2026. Open Fridays, 5-8 pm; Saturdays and Sundays, 3-6 pm; or by appointment. With the kind support of Federer-Guzzoni Stiftung (#federerguzzonistiftung), Kulturamt der Stadt Freiburg (@stadt_freiburg), Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau (@sparkasse.sfnb), and Regierungspräsidium Freiburg (@rpfreiburg) 📸: David Batigne (@david_batigne)

Noémie Vidonne, a multidisciplinary artist based in Mulhouse, works across sculpture, video, printmaking, painting, and installation. Her practice explores memory—both childhood and dreamlike—through atmospheric reconstructions of lived, imagined, and remembered spaces, embracing the hazy and shifting nature of recollection. With the support of a grant from Atelier Mondial, Noémie spent three months in Taipei from November 2025 to January 2026 and shares her experience with us:   « When I arrived in Taipei, I initially planned to focus on meteorological phenomena such as fog and dew, both for their ephemeral nature and for the parallel they draw with the blurriness of memory. Very quickly, this focus shifted toward ways of dealing with disappearance. I felt like I was in a movie — a slightly surreal sensation. I walked through scenery that reminds me of Taiwanese films, as if I were moving through a familiar environment, but in fact I knew nothing. I became hypersensitive to details, and some of them became an obsession: a bouquet of flowers wrapped in plastic with the words “Best Wishes” printed on it, or a sticker on an air conditioner, for example. I also started photographing places where people sit. A U-shaped bench became my favorite; I noticed that people tend to sit there and stay for a while. That was when I realized that in French, the verb “asseoir,” in its figurative sense, means to firmly establish or consolidate something. I found the starting point for my research: the desire to make certain things eternal, to go against time — an attempt to take control of something that normally cannot be controlled. » « Quelque chose comme ça / Something like that », installation, 2026 first photo by: Chang Yi #ateliermondial #outgoingartist #artistgrant #taipeiarts
