15k block run done

I’m of an age where I don’t really get social media and if I’m honest I’m not sure I enjoy being on it

What I do like is the interaction I get when I post runs or talk about running and it goes a long way into keeping me motivated

@noface_run and myself now talk a lot and encourage each other and without places like this that wouldn’t happen

Just remember it don’t take a lot to tap the like button or drop a comment but means the world

Have a good Sunday
