Two months postpartum and slowly finding my way back to feeling like myself again. 🤍

One thing no one really warns you about after pregnancy is the mental adjustment that comes with living in a body that feels different from the one you’ve known your whole life.

I was nervous about getting dressed up and going out. There was that little voice in my head telling me I wasn’t ready, that I didn’t look like myself yet, or that I should wait until I felt more confident.

But if I keep waiting until everything feels perfect, I’ll miss so much of my life.

I ended up having such a great night reconnecting with @noideabuthere @projectionist_media and it reminded me how important it is to push past those fears in your mind and just live.

I’m learning to celebrate the milestones along the way, like being able to fit into one of my mini skirts again. 💃🏼 It might seem like a small thing, but after everything my body has been through, it felt like a little victory worth celebrating.

There’s still progress I want to make, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. This body created a life. It’s still changing, still healing and still becoming familiar to me again.

Confidence isn’t waiting until you love absolutely everything you see in the mirror. Sometimes it’s putting on the mini skirt, walking out the door and refusing to let the fear in your own mind stop you from living your life. ✨🤍

What’s fun to eat in South Korea! Pretty much everything 😂

This restaurant is one of the recent gems that we thoroughly enjoyed. It’s casual, comfortable, hot pot style eating. If you’ve eaten at a Dookki restaurant before, you know what’s up 😎

You load up on ingredients laid out buffet style - rice cakes, noodles, mushrooms, spring onions, cabbage, rolled tofu, and if it floats your boat, meat and seafood. Pick your sauce and cook up a feast at your table. The hot pot base is typically spicy, but there are a few non-spicy options. There is only one vegan friendly sauce but that’s all we needed. The owner was super helpful, speaking some English.

All you can eat for 90 minutes, and it cost $23AUD for both of us! Bottomless coffee, tea, and soft drinks, plus snacks, are included.

📍 7-3 Gunam-ro 8beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea (near Haeundae Beach/Mipo area).

Save this for your next South Korea trip ✅

Busan, 2026.
Standing under cherry blossoms. City stretching out below.
Sakura blooms fast and drops fast.

No drama, no clinging. Just intense beauty for a short window, then it’s gone.

That’s the point.

Nothing lasts. Not the flowers, not this view, not this chapter of life.

So we don’t waste it. We stay present, travel light, keep moving, and protect what actually matters — our health, our time, our connection.

No waiting for someday. No chasing validation. Just living it while it’s here.

You kinda owe it to yourself to do all the things you’ve dreamed of.

Not someday. Not “when things calm down.” Not when you have enough saved, or the perfect plan, or when fear finally shuts up.

Right now.

My partner and I finally let go of the fear that had kept us anchored to the daily grind. We released the illusion of security, the comfort of “the known,” and stepped into the unknown with open hands and full hearts.
Life is heartbreakingly short and wildly precious. We realized we were trading our days for a future that might never feel like enough. So we chose to chase the dreams instead of waiting for permission.

Now we’re traveling the world, waking up to new horizons, new cultures, new versions of ourselves every single day. We move with intention, presence, and a beautiful non-attachment—open to whatever (and whoever) crosses our path. New experiences. New friendships. New opportunities that only reveal themselves when you’re actually moving.
We’re pouring our energy into our craft: videography, photography, and writing—capturing the raw beauty of freedom, the quiet magic of presence, and the courage it takes to live wide open. Not to perform a perfect life, but to share what’s real: that it’s possible to choose aliveness over safety.

If there’s something you’ve been dreaming of— a trip, a creative pursuit, a career shift, a way of living that lights you up—
listen to that quiet voice.

You kinda owe it to yourself.

Not because you “deserve” it (though you do), but because this one wild and precious life is yours to shape. The world is waiting to meet the version of you that stopped waiting.
What dream are you ready to stop postponing?

We’d love to hear it in the comments. ✨

📍 Save this reel for your next trip to Japan

Of all of the dumplings in the world, these ones at @vegan_gyoza in Tokyo have my heart. They are juicy and flavoursome and have the perfect texture in each bite. They are handmade with all natural and cruelty free ingredients. All natural flavours, colours and no preservatives. Each colour dumpling is a different flavour experience, it kind of reminds me of a box or roses chocolates except in dumpling form and premium quality.

Hours before anyone took the mic, we were laying the groundwork.
Setting tables. Checking booklets.
Creating space for real thinking to happen.

Then the doors opened—
and the room came to life.

It’s been 90 days since we were last together.
Already, the wins, the clarity, the shifts…
they’re bigger than ever.

This is what happens when the right people show up and raise the standard for how they operate and lead.

👇 Curious what it’s like to be in the room?
Comment Growth and we’ll reach out with the details.
