I can’t believe my lil girl has turned 10! I’m so proud of how sweet and caring of a lil girl she is and thank God every day for her. Happy Birthday baby girl! Daddy and @stephyopy love you so much!

Today is the equinox. While we’re taught that it’s the moment when day and night are equal, there is actually a bit more light than dark today. As I Iook back on this season, that resonates with me so deeply.

I have played with both my dark and light sides this summer and fully believe I have come out with a bit more sunshine in me, by bringing light to the dark.

I learned to sit with the hard stuff until it softened into understanding and love. Sitting in the lineup knowing that every wave I make is because I took a leap of faith, have trust in myself and made the choice get in the water and go play. That lesson carries across to everything.

To anyone else balancing your own light and dark as we move into fall: trust your compass. You’ve got this. ✨🤍

One of the largest arribadas of the year brought thousands of olive ridley sea turtles to the shores of Ostional this week. A truly incredible natural phenomenon happening right here in our backyard and one of the many things that makes Guanavista and this place we call home so special. 🐢🌊🌿
