This is such a tough post to make and I know so many critics will jump at anything to attack me about but I’m doing this for the other women out there who have experienced sexual assault, and for all the others that I hope this post can help to avoid.
Handling or responding to something like this is not going to be the perfect response in anyone’s eyes and I’ve experienced a lot of bullies in social media so just a heads up if you’re mean in comments, no one needs that, especially around such a sensitive topic so I’m not making space for those types of people.
Other questions people had that I think were not addressed in yesterdays posts we can make another post about. This topic and issue is the most immediately important thing to put out to help women stay safer.
Much love and aloha and while we get lots of messages, we will do our best to compile and get back to people bout anything important in the dive and wildlife community anytime we are made aware of it.

Ich bin Susi. 38, Single, kinderlos, ortsunabhängig. Meine Wahlheimat ist Bali🌴 Ich bin Coach und Kriya-Yoga-Lehrerin und beschäftige mich seit Jahren mit Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Körperarbeit und Energie.

Meine Hobbys sind Tanzen, Tischtennis und Tantra.

Okay. Tantra ist kein Hobby 😅

Tantra ist für mich viel mehr eine Lebensphilosophie. Eine Art zu leben, zu fühlen und dem Leben zu begegnen. Und inzwischen auch ein Teil meiner Arbeit und meiner Berufung.

Und ich fühle ALLES.

Es gibt Momente in meinem Leben, in denen ich verzweifelt bin und nicht weiterweiß. In denen ich am Boden liege und keinen Bock mehr habe. In denen mein Herz in tausend Teile zerspringt und so sehr schmerzt, dass ich nicht weiß, wohin mit mir.

Ich kenne Unsicherheit. Machtlosigkeit. Hoffnungslosigkeit. Ich kenne Tage, an denen mein Rücken schmerzt, mein Kopf platzt und mein Körper mir sehr deutlich zeigt, dass gerade alles zu viel ist.

Und weißt du was?

Das ist LEBEN.

Genauso wie die andere Seite.

Die Momente, in denen ich so intensive Freude fühle, dass meine Brust fast platzt. In denen mein Körper sich zu klein anfühlt für all die Dankbarkeit. In denen mir vor Glück die Tränen kommen und ich am liebsten die ganze Welt umarmen würde.

Heute überwiegen diese Tage.

Das war nicht immer so.

Als ich 36 wurde, ging ich durch eine sehr dunkle Zeit. Eine Zeit, in der ich nicht mehr da sein wollte. In der ich kaum aus dem Bett kam, mein Körper vollkommen energielos war und nichts mehr wirklich Freude gemacht hat.

Ich kenne die Dunkelheit.
Und ich kenne das Licht.

Und genau deswegen…
