I went back to NYC. I had a damn good time. Said yes to 1000 things. Would do it again.

Also I am bad at Instagram and I have more travel coming up and I can’t tag all the wonderful people at the author mastermind, but they are all crushing it and I was really inspired being in the room hearing about how they think through book writing and marketing.

Also not pictured in the mastermind: @risingwoman - shout out to her for building a incredibly powerful moment that has resulted in hundreds (thousands?) of people getting tattoos representing!

Special shout out to @plantyou for her new cookbook launch and @jaysongaignard on his recently released book on community building!!

Oh and shout out to @gretchenrubin - it was fun telling her that we use the 4 tendencies in our @nerd_fitness coaching program!

Also not pictured: getting coffee with my long time blogging friend @megan_stylegf - we reminisced about the old internet, blogging, and life before social media took and AI took over.

Okay back to being bad at Instagram!

I felt seen from page 3 of @nomadicmatt "Ten years nomad". His thoughts are my thoughts. I have always felt the same but I could not pin this feeling 20+ years ago.

But I can now. And making plans. Plus I might just make my 17 years' read this after I finish it. 😂

It took a few weeks on the rooftop at @kleoseminyak before it stopped feeling new. Now it already feels like home. 🌅

We packed up our kitchen in Umalas for a new residency in Seminyak, plates and rhythm intact. New space, same pace, same hands doing the work. 🔥

🎒This bag holds 2X more clothes than a normal 60L backpack. Here’s how…

This 60L Travel Backpack uses vacuum compression tech to squeeze in double the clothes — same bag, way less stress. Whether it’s a 2-week Euro summer or a quick Asia hop, this thing swallows your whole wardrobe and still closes like nothing happened. 🛫✨

✅ TSA-Approved Lock — fly easy, no dramas at customs
✅ Waterproof & Durable — built for monsoons, cobblestones & everything in between
✅ Compact Compression — pack 2x more without the muffin-top zipper struggle

🎒 Perfect for Bali escapes, Euro summer, or your end-of-year adventure.

It’s Free Shipping Week — ends this Sunday, and stock’s already moving fast. Don’t be the one still packing a checked bag next trip. ⏳
